Pros: The location
Cons: Have English speaking people working there.
Location: Location in good spot. lots of things to do
No mini fridge or microwave, Upstairs room in instead of bottom room. Had to call housecleaning, they don't just show up.

Small and uncomfortable

Posted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: New Braunfels, Texas. Schlitterbaun. River rafting, shopping, dining.
Very disappointed in this hotel. Was a last minute reservation, but for the price we paid, we expected more. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Two small, flat pillows for two people. The bath towels were almost see-through and very small. no space to move around (small room). We prepaid for two nights, but checked out after the first night because it was so uncomfortable.

Would not advise

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: A step 60 years back in time, nasty
Cons: Burn it
Location: Plenty, and plenty of other hotel rooms available, unlike the impression I had online
Had to pay the $150 plus, but did not stay. The room had a terrible odor the desk clerk offered to spray, did not want to be subjected to further chemicals. The room was not maintained and we did not feel safe parking our auto in the neighborhood.

Overpriced for low quality

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Convenient, close to town
Cons: The rooms could be aired out every once in a while. Pillows could use an upgrade.
Location: We tubed the comal and saw a concert at Gruene Hall and ate at the Gristmill. Those were the highlights of our trip.
Easy access to downtown, right off of 35. Quality was lacking. They don't have a credit card machine so they used the old school machine to take an imprint of my card which made me nervous. They do allow pets which was a bonus for us. The room smelled like moth balls exploded in it, either that or mildew. By the time we left we were used to the smell or maybe we had aired it out enough. The water pressure was good in the shower and the free breakfast, although it only goes until 9, was decent but nothing fancy. I would have rather stayed somewhere else for a little extra charge. Bed was not uncomfortable, pillows were pretty flimsy. Towels barely covered my body.

Stay away

Posted Aug 18, 2014
A tight ship of no extra pillows, pull out beds, and no exceptions to the 9 am breakfast cutoff. Don't be even 3 minutes late if you want some breakfast.

Hard beds

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: It was near all the locations we wanted to visit
Although we were not there in the day light hours the beds are very hard. You can see signs of patch work on the doors in side and vent covers coming off
