Good location, room was falling apart.

Pros: Good water pressure in the shower. Good location, easy to access the interstates and highways.
Cons: Fix broken things - buy a new toilet lid, fix the shower drain. Invest in better toilet paper. Keep the pool open when the temperature is in the 80s.
Location: Good location, very close to downtown New Braunfels and close to the interstate and highways.
The pool was open the day we arrived, but not the following days which were weekend days. The toilet seat lid was broken and completely detached. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down the whole time. The shower wouldn't drain (it did have amazing pressure though). The toilet paper was awful, it was like ultra thin tissue paper.

Continental bkfst was weak. No skim milk. Appearance was bleak. No grass on center courtyard.

Disappointing

Pros: Location and the pool was clean
Cons: Rooms need painted, fresh linen, new carpets.
Location: We went to float the Comal River. Outlet mall is close.
Hotel towels were stained. Rooms had bad odor. Lights needs to be replaced in bathroom. Stains in carpets. There was a sock left in the light fixture of the bathroom.

Terrible hot

This hotel is nothing that was advertised. I am very disappointed and I will never be back or recommend. We left and didn't even spend the night cause of police telling me it was an unsafe hotel to stay at. I will never use expedia again.

The facts: The non-smoking room smelled of smoke and had a cigarette burn on the bed cover. The shower curtain was broken, and the shower water pressure was minimal. Some of the towels provided were unwashed and had black marks on them. The ice machine near our room was broken ("out of order"), and according to the staff had been that way for a while. To get ice we had to walk to the other side of the property. The refrigerator in the room did not cool. There was no visible security (or security guards) on the property. There were people loitering in the parking lot until late into the night, although our car was fine the next day. Thank goodness the air conditioner worked, which was the only good thing about the room, given that it was 100 plus degrees outside. We didn't expect a luxury room, just a basic comfortable room to sleep in for the night. This motel could not meet the most basic of needs. We could have done better for $130 night, particularly since there are at least eight (8) other motels / hotels within sight of the motel.

Easy access to what I needed.

Pros: Location
Cons: Clean, Clean, Clean.
Location: Was there for a show at Convention center. Did not have time to explore any other places.
Needs upgrading and a lot of cleaning. The beds were clean the floors were clean. The walls and door knobs and light switches needed a good cleaning. Shower could use some bleach. Would not stay there again.

Will be coming back. It's close to all the places like food and the water park is only about five minutes.

great hotel

The hotel was clean, came with microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable and sheets had no stains or tears. For the price it was a great place to stay.
