“Good, clean, comfortable hotel.”

Great hotel. Clean, staff is helpful. Not much collection for the morning breakfast though. Other than that, everything was great. Our keys got disabled, staff enabled them in a minute at the front desk. We had the two double beds room, and it was quite spacious. Parking space available in front of the hotel. Police department nearby. Bus stop very near and a bank of America atm and bank as well. Funny thing happened though: someone burned their waffle and fire alarm went on. Firefighters came before we even had time to get to the first floor!! And that was 6 am!!! Recommended hotel. Not your 5-star stay, but very comfy. Lack of water though. No water fountains anywhere.

“Port in the storm”

I can't thank the hotel staff for their kindness to my mom, who was displaced during the storm disaster of 10/29/11. I scrambled to find a place with a room because my mom is on oxygen 24 hours/day, is almost blind, and has dressings on her legs that needed to be changed by nurses every other day. The staff was very helpful, despite their challenges with people calling for rooms for days. They brought my mom the breakfast instead of asking her to go to the breakfast room and made sure she was given a room on the first floor. My mom was happy, warm, and relieved, as I was from two states away, knowing she was safe. Thank you!

“Great value for your money”

We stayed at the La Quinta Hotel and were very happy with our accommodations. We originally booked a room with 2 double beds because of our budget but when we checked in, were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a King. The service was excellent. Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was adequate. The shower water was a bit cold though. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I recently stayed at this hotel (Dec. 2007) and was very impressed at how nice it was considering the bargain price. It looked as if it had been recently renovated, with very clean and spacious rooms, bathrooms w/ marble and very helpful staff. I felt very safe because the hotel is right next door to a police station and it's very accessible - right off the highway. The only down side was that my room didn't have a microwave or mini-fridge, but other than that, I had a perfect stay. The free continental breakfast was great and newspapers were available at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other families and/ or business travelers.

This was a very well run hotel. It was bustling with activity when I checked in. But the receptionist was right on top of everything in a timely way and I was able to get my room right away. The restaurant, next door was very convienent and pleasant. No problems whatsoever.
