Food service disgustingPosted Oct 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
At check-in there was "surly" receptionist (male) and the key didn't work so had to return to same person. For Breakfast: no spoons, so could not "fork" the yogurt. Only cranberry juice offered, no orange juice or apple juice available. Hot water available, but no tea bags. No spray for the waffle maker, so griddle make waffles stick. No one on duty at 6:30 am. Will never return here

I was very disappointed, when I saw it had a 4 out of 5 rating I was happy but then we got there and the walls and carpet were dirty and the bathroom door was broken and they the didn't really try and fix it .

Cons: The indoor pool temp.
Location: Glenwood Springs was just 10 miles away.
We were treated very nice. Inexpensive place to stay. Pool was cold.

Econolodge reviewPosted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was nice overall. The only drawback was that we were notified by the Hotels.com opererator that Econolodge did not charge for pets accompanied with us for our stay. That was not true because when we arrived we were charged a pet registration fee. This was not good because this was the entire reason why we selected this particular hotel to stay during our trip.

Good price, tight bathroom door...Posted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
...no privacy from mirror to bedroom. Ten minutes from Glenwood. Worth the price!

Highly recommend. Clean, friendly, great breakfast selection. Easy access, mcdonalds, subway, gas station and convenience store directly behind motel...
