Very conveniently located next to the highway and staff are friendly. The bathroom was not clean and the breakfast buffet was not good. Pancake machine out of order, orange juice out of stock, fruit was very ripe.

These rooms are soundproof!! Not even the semi trucks idling could be heard. When I stayed in a nearby hotel I could hear the snoring from the room next door. Clean and hospitable - nice room layout for sitting and although not a full kitchen set-up, all my needs were possible.

Stay Away!
The young man at check in was condescending and rude. We asked to check in early as check in wasn’t till 3pm we checked in at 220 and they charged us an additional $20. Once we finally got to the room the door didn’t work. We again had to go back down to the reception area with nobody to be found. I had to call the hotel and inform the man working that I was back due to the key / door not working. He again was rude and said that they would have to sent maintenance to look at the door. At this point it was 245. Once I stated this I also asked for the $20 to be returned. He declined and reluctantly changed the room. I will never book at this place again. They should have heavily discounted due to the pool also being closed.

Decent stay
Bed was too hard for me; husband like it. Food was average. Location was easy off and on highway, but it was noisy being so close to freeway. Staff was very friendly.

A July reviewer said pool was unavailable. Still was 3 months later. Desk guy, when we asked if we could get comped in some fashion said, "there is no such thing". Will never stop here again!

10 THUMBS DOWN ! DO NOT STAY HERE
(1st) I tried to cancel my reservation within 9 hours left to cancel, I had until 4pm to cancel so I tried several times since 7am that morning and they refused my cancellation so I had to stay because they already took my money. (2nd) when I get there they tell me that the pool is out of service the entire time me and my family were there. Smh that's the only reason we decided to stay there. (3rd) the elevator broke down every few trips, they claimed it overheats every few times it's used. Meaning we had to walk up steps to our rooms. The entire stay was an extremely terrible experience and we will NEVER go back. The only positive thing I can say about this particular hotel was the breakfast was good

You did state that you had been trying to call the day of arrival to cancel your reservation, unfortunately as specified during your phone calls to the property that day your reservation was booked as a non cancellable reservation. We offered to cancel your reservation for you with the cancellation penalty you were informed of when making the reservation. You chose to come and stay with us after finding out the we would stand by the booking rules. I apologize for the elevator issue but I am unaware of said issue so I will need to look into that .

Staff behaviour is very bad, they were very rude, dirty, we could not sleep whole night because too much noise in lobby. It’s really bad experience, I never go back in same hotel.

Anniversary get away.
Overall this hotel is well maintained and clean. The bed was super comfy. They put us in a handicapped room (no idea why) so the shower situation was a little wierd. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and sausage were not really that good. Lots of other selections. Automatic pancake maker was fun. Front desk guy was just ok. We picked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. Upon arriving were told it was not open. Too bad, kinda ruined it for us.

Nice Clean property. service was very good. Nice breakfast bar with lots of choices. only Negative Pool and Hot tub was closed for maintenance. The Manager resolved that by upgrading our room to a spa room with a hot tub.

The way the set up and the kitchen area was nice and clean, when you walked in the building, it smelled clean. The room was dusty, i found sugar package behind the tv stand. I clean the heater filter, it was very dusty. The pool was not open or working, due to maintenance. We were a little dissappointed about the pool. The front test people were very nice and very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Nested right off the highway, that’s a plus. Staff was nice and professional. Breakfast was really good . Con no hot tub. Was being serviced would stay again

The room was very nice. Would like taller toilets though. The evening desk clerk that checked us in was very personable and provided good information on a place to order food. She also came to room to fix the TV that was not working correctly. The hotel was very convenient to the interstates.
