Nice reasonably priced hotel close to Hershey park

Pros: Easy to find right off the highway
Friendly staff and good food restaurant close by. Easy access to highways.

Very bad

When you book a room a month in advance and have to wait until 3pm to check in and show up at 4 and the rooms not ready for you, how is that ok? Then asked to be compensated and get nothing. Terrible. When never recommend this place to anyone.

Close to the highway

The first room smelled like cigarettes so we asked to change it. And they put us up on the third floor with a great room.

Between Hotel.com charging me 80 dollars for a less than mediocre room and the hotel charging me an additional 70 dollars. I will never use hotels.com again.

Volleyball event, Enjoyable stay..

We were there for the volleyball event and other than the bad reception on the TV channels I wanted the watch, the stay was enjoyable..

THE ONLY DOWNFALL WAS THE CABLE SET UP WAS LOUSY. OTHER THAN THAT. WOULD STAY AGAIN.

the hotel was rather dirty, in very poor condition. poorly lit, wrinkled carpet in the hallways. There was garbage from the previous guest left in our room, including dirty towels. the room was a sweltering 86 degrees when we checked in. the staff was friendly and nice, but the condition of the hotel demands some serious updating.

I think if you returned you will agree that the improvements are a total 100% improvement from when you were our guest last time.
