Persons with disabilities beware
Property and rooms are great. Staff is pleasant and helpful. They don’t recognize service dogs tho and the laws regarding them. So I was charged a “pet fee”… my letter stating medically necessary service dogs from my doctor and his team, wasn’t good enough. They wanted a registration number from the national registry. Which is NOT legit. As the registry itself is not recognized as valid.

We do recognize service animals, and we certainly do not charge the pet fee for people who have them. I'm not sure exactly what happened due to the review being anonymous, but feel free to call us and we can discuss this. The only time we have charged anyone who says they have a service pet is when we are getting complaints about said service pet disturbing other guests, or when the pet is left alone in the room for the day(Service pets are never separated from the people they are helping.) Sorry for any inconvenience, and we hope we can rectify this and have you come back to stay with us again soon. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

When we pulled up there was 2 big lights for the enterance into the rooms and they were both flickering non stop. The inside of the check in was dirty. Was actually surprised when I entered the room and it was clean and nice for the price. Stayed for 2 nights and came back to the room the second day and our beds were made and clean with new bath towels

The TV was fuzzy lost channel several times. The room stink like stal smoke. A non smoking room. The toilet did not flush and when it did it leaked on the floor. Juice machine out of order, bad fruit, no coffee. The hallway was very dim and ice machine did not work. Worst place I have ever stayed. Changed me 15 dollars to check in 2 hours early with no recy

Dirty and smelly. Awful hotel, wouldn’t call it a hotel. Dirty, smoke smell in the hallways, dirty room, dirty bathroom, dirty sheets. No maintenance at all.

It was very unkempt. The wallpaper in the hallway was coming off, the bathtub was dirty, the chair in the room had stains and dirt on it. The pool was dirty we ended up skimming it ourselves. The breakfast ended at 9 when most people get up the pool closed at 830pm which is rediculous.

Would not recommend. Atmosphere was terrible, rooms were not clean, toilet did not work. I actually couldn’t even stay the night-had to leave and find another hotel. The ONLY positive was the very friendly gentlemen at the check in desk.

Basic Needs Were Met
The first room they assigned us did not have an alarm clock or phone, the TV didn’t work, and the toilet didn’t flush. There were also dead ants all over the bathroom floor. The room they moved us to had a foul odor and the hair dryer didn’t work. They did replace the hair dryer. The day staff was very friendly. The mattresses were very comfortable. The breakfast offered was bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. It’s an old hotel and it’s age is showing, but it gave us a cheap place to sleep and shower for a quick weekend trip.

There is not one good thing I could say about the place. No pool no breakfast had to fight to get towels ended going and buying a couple to shower. Had to fight to get a tv to work. Wires running across parking lot covered over with wood. This place is a joke. The picture shown are not the hotel the amenities are not what you will get. Don’t waste your money find somewhere else

This place is pretty dumpy!! 1st room was freezing & heat hardly worked. Asked & received another room which was also cold but warmed up eventually. Found long black hair on the pillow case & have a cockroach crawl into my drink on the bed side table!! Not a pleasant experience!!!! Would not recommend!!!!

Check in went well- the lady at the front desk was nice. When we walked into the hotel itself there was someone passed out, laying in the middle of the hallway. We quickly entered our room and 15 minutes later when I went to retrieve something from my car the police were there with the narcan kit out and the person was on my car! I quickly went back into the room, gathered our belongings to leave for another hotel and as my son and I left 2 more police officers arrived and were interrogating suspects in the hallway. Obviously this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel and I will be pursuing a refund.

The property was very difficult to find. No Signs could be seen at night. Property outside looked good. Inside did not feel or look clean. Doors leading to hall from outside were not locked allowing anyone access to the inner hall. walls of the room needed help and electric sockets came out of the wall when you tried to unplug phone charger. very limited linens in bathroom. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE.

There was blood on the doors, on the shower curtain. The bed smelled like pee and smoke. The whole room smelled like pre and smoke. Curtains didn’t work. Check in agent was sleeping when we arrived

The room had a strong humid smell. The bathtub had a mat that was partially glued and filled with mold. The entire place looked very old and not well maintained, a lot of dust and dirty windows.
