“YOU MUST STAY AT THIS INCREDIBLE 5-STAR HOTEL!!”

This is an AMAZING hotel!! I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip and had a phenomenal experience. What sets it apart from other 5-star hotels are the incredibly amiable staff and the décor/ambience. It's a complete luxury experience unparalleled by most top-of-the-line hotels in India. HOTEL STAFF- I've experienced many 5-star hotels around the world, but have never seen the high level of cordiality, warmth, and sophistication of hotel staff as I did here. The staff in all areas of the hotel really went out of their way to ensure that I was totally satisfied with my stay. It’s truly “service with a smile” throughout your entire experience, from the person opening the front door and greeting you and the restaurant waiter asking how your day is going, to the gracious guest relations lady greeting you one last time as you check-out. DÉCOR & AMBIENCE- Enthralling, majestic, and modern décor, including the decorations in the lobby, restaurants, inside of the rooms. I haven't before seen the type of elegant decorations and architecture that typify this hotel. FOOD/RESTAURANTS- Absolutely amazing. SPA, POOL, FITNESS CENTER- Elegant, perfect. Every aspect focuses on luxury; every facet of its décor, ambience, etc. were chic, stylish, and magnificent. You get a “homely” 5-star experience since there is more attention paid to each guest by the staff. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly luxury experience. If you visit Delhi, you must stay at this hotel!!

“Superb”

Very good service, nice clean beds and linen. Service and staff are very friendly and promptly attend to your needs. Nice quite place to relax. Would recommend to all our friends. Food is simply fantastic.

“New and Modern Hotel”

Location very disappointing,isolated from the city centre.Perhaps introduction of shuttle facilities to and from to the cities main shopping centres will attract more tourists.Even the shops near to the hotel sub standards.One feels stranded unless spends lots of money in moving around. More information regarding address,distance from the Airport and the city centres will help tourist in choosing hotel.More information should be provided to the Airport Authorities regarding hotel's location etc so that they direct taxis in a right place.Need more information on the internet about the hotel.

“Good week in Delhi”

We spent a confortable week in February at the Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar in Delhi. Hotel is new and . Service staff is trying hard and should improve with time.

“Lost and Found”

Most services at Radisson Blu PaschimVihar were great! However, I have some problem to reclaim my cell phone. I left my cell phone in my room when I checkout on Feb 10. I went back Radisson Blu PaschimVihar the next day and asked front desk whether cleaning person has picked my cell phone from the room. The short answer is No. I pressed the front desk again and told them where I left my cell phone. They said there were some items but not the cell phone. The third time I pushed the front desk, they brought all items found in my room when I left and there was my cell phone. I thank the front desk person to help me work out the issue. However, I expect that I should have been contacted sooner or given the accurate account for the lost cell phone.
