“Good place to stay - no issues overall”

“Need to fix things before I go back”

My wife and I stayed while visiting to watch our son play at a local college football game. The room was OK, the bed was very comfortable. But when I went to use the fitness equipment in the morning the stationary bike was broken and the upright bike seat was stuck in the down position so only some one who is 3 foot tall could use it. Their were no towels available or anything to wipe the equipment down after use. I would not go back unless I knew some things were going to be fixed.

“Scary location”

I was embarrassed to be there with my guest. It was awful and scary and dark. The rooms were fine but ugh -- what a neighborhood.

“Will never go back!”

Hotel was O.K. Diningroom was terrible. It was to be open at 6 P.M. We went at 6:30. Cook wasn't there and didn't come until about 7:15. We were given one menu for two people. I ordered shrimp and my husband ordered baby back ribs but they only had 1 chicken dish, a salad and a cheeseburger. So we had cheeseburgers. Meanwhile we were drinking Manhattans. When we got the bill I almost died - Manharrans were $8.00 each. We have been to some high class places and have never paid more than $6.50 for a Manhattan. As you can see we were no happy with this situation and would never go back.

“Uncomfortable”

My recent stay at the Best Western Hotel was uncomfortable. I needed somewhere to stay during an emergency to later be given a room with an odor. The bathroom was fairly clean and the blankets were dingy. On top of this I was charge an additional $5.00 for what I was told a missing soap dish. Please don't ever book here.

“Not impressed”

The hote customer service was poor. Their policies and procedures are not customer centered. The continental breakfast has limitations such as the location in which the custoner must eat the breakfast. However, the area is small and not comfortable. The shower and air condition were not working.
