When we arrived, the man at the front desk just seemed irritated. no eye contact. when i asked him a question he was very short and snippy. he seemed very bothered that he had to wait on me. when we got to the room, The room was run down. The television had a broken remote. I called the front desk and again he seemed annoyed and sent somebody up to fix it. She was very nice. She was the only nice thing on the hotel. The television screen was messed up. The color on one side was blurred and discolored. The curtains had burn holes in them, yes it was a smoking room, but that was a little disgusting. Overall I give my stay a 2 out of a 10. I would not return.

Cons: needs a serious makeover and staff
The room had little or no amnenities. Requested a non-smoking rrom and It wreaked of smoke. The clerk at the front desk had no knowledge of the hotel at all. The advertised pool was inoperable and has been for months. There was rust all over the bathroom. Continental breakfast was terrible. not even a boiled egg. waited a half an hour for a waffle that never came. after being put behind several people.

No way, don't make a reservation on this hotel. The Kye of our room door was not working so I had to go down and up like 20 times. If I came back to this area I will go to the Holliday Inn in Bridgeport CT

Pros: I like the location, it was close to everything.
Cons: The shower tub could have been repaired or replaced. Started getting holes inside of it.
Location: There are food places near by, and 95 is just off to the left and to get to any place is about 10 minutes.
Friendly staff, didn't see too many people or staff so gave a nice private feeling.

Actual hotel did not look like any of the marketing photographs. Appearance of exterior & interior of the hotel in overall in decline. Front door did not work upon arrival. Musty order throughout the hotel halls & room. Water spots on wslls in room. Communications btwn administration & housekeeping staff needs improvement regarding guest check-out time. Only one elevator working.

Hotel staff was very pleasant at time of check in however the room and hotel were very outdated and this hotel (mostly rooms) needs major renovating. Not to mention the hallways,elevator, and room had a very unpleasant odor/cigarette smell. I have stayed at worse hotels and it wasn't that horrible of a stay but by far wasn't what I was expecting!!
