Hotel near Wis DellsPosted Aug 12, 2014
Staff was nice. Room was clean. But ice machine on our floor was out of order, our mini frige had ice built up in it, watched the kids n pool area and wanted to sit in hot tube but there was a # of unsupervised kids breaking a lot of rules and being rowdy so we didn't stick around for the pool.Pillows were flat and bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Clean, comfortable with a nice pool areaPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: Nice staff, clean and WORKING hot tub and pool. Comfy beds and pillows.
Cons: A few more items on the breakfast bar.
Location: Not much :) There is a great little diner with an awesome and helpful staff.
This hotel is a nice, comfortable and clean place to stay for a few nights. It is right off of the expressway and has a great little diner close by. Older, but you can tell the staff has worked to make this a cheery and clean spot to lay your head.

Cons: The continental breakfast could have had bagels and cream cheese or at least a kid friendly cereal.
Easy check in, room was clean, and staff was friendly.

Little short on amenitiesPosted Jun 15, 2013
Pros: Wait staff was extremely nice, very pleasant.
Location: Located next to the interstate, but was quiet in your room. Landscaping was overgrown due to the heavy rains in the area. Was attended to while ther
Found the room to be clean, but a little musty. The odd thing was the electrical, You had to turn on a light switch to activate a standing torch room light and another switch to activate the TV at two locations. Confusing to say the least. No personal coffee pot, but had a non working hair dryer. No frig, but had a safe to store valuables. The safe was located about 2 foot off the floor which made it impossible to use the luggage rack that was stored in the alcove. Hot water for the shower was warm, not hot. Drain in the tub was extremely slow so you end up standing in 3 inches of water by the time you had taken a shower. Strange thing, There was a phone next to the toilet. and the light switch was barely 3 ft off the floor. The toliteries, IE, shampoo was a left over from the previous guest and so was the soap. But was replaced upon request. Cleaning wait staff was friendly and so was the desk personnel, However, the continental breakfast was adequate but they forgot to turn on the heater for the coffee pot. So luke warm coffee.......Still can't fugure out what the door bell button was for located outside the room next to the door. It was just kinda weird when compaired to the hotels and motels that I've stayed in across the country. Might say it fell a little short in comparison.
