Was not greeted by employee upon arrival. He just asked for license & credit card. Did not inform me where anything is located at the property or about breakfast. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was ripped all along the top, back of door was filthy & a mirror was as well. Decorative pillows also were stained. There was another staff member at the desk that was very friendly, wish I had her name to compliment her. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly as well. I am a travel agent & I do not think I would recommend this property to my clients.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows too. No amenities other than shampoo and conditioner ( no toothpaste etc). Room size was good , lighting and space was fine. No closet . The plugs didn’t work, the plug would fall out of the wall. Very small lobby and no real common area. If we wanted to hang out in the common area the front desk was literally right there. Maybe 2 feet away. $3 for a soda in the lobby. The rug was wet from them cleaning the rugs earlier in day. Blankets were scratchy and thin. It was ok for a budget hotel but for $125 on a weeknight was hoping for more.

Needed a room for the night for a business trip and this hotel fit the bill. Clean room, a/c-heating unit worked beautifully, 24hr coffee and tea bar was a nice touch. I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast as I had to leave at the time breakfast was starting but the spread looked nice, I was able to grab a muffin and a coffee for the go. Overall, a nice clean stay.

The hotel is located right by I-86 entrance ramp and half of the property has no sound barrier. The room is so noisy around 6-7 when we first check in. Ask for a different/possibly quieter room and was offered no better options. Waited till 9 o'clock in the night and it is not getting any better so we decided to leave - at which point suddenly there are some other rooms available that might be better - except that we already made up our mind to leave. It would have been helpful if the better room were offered the first time we asked. Would not recommend this place or any Microtel for that matter.
