not happy I had to pay for breakfast

Pros: cleanliness and the staff
Cons: breakfast should be included always
I was told breakfast was included but it turned out that i was charged for it very disappointed not sure if i would stay here again that was the deal breaker and also you did not have a pool

Nice hotel within a two block radius of Bourbon St. Don't bother with a car since the area is congested with people and construction during the day. I literally walked everywhere. Functional, clean, friendly staff. Free WiFi. Has a daily 5 o'clock cheer, so you get a free drink if you're at the bar.

The staff is exceptional- everyone so friendly. The location is ideal for walking distance to all different areas of New Orleans.

Great location, beautiful hotel!

Pros: The decor in the room.
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
Location: Close to the French Quarter. Enough said.
This hotel is in a great location! Just steps away from Bourbon Street! Also, very modern and chic, good customer service...the worst issue was my wait to check in and out at the front desk but they did at least apologize for that. Parking won't even kill you if you self park for $16. Close to many great places. We will be back!

Perfect location

Pros: Location
Cons: I wish the room smell as nice as the lobby. There were a slight smell to my room that was not favorable.
Location: It is within walking distance to everything such as shopping, restaurants, bars, and people watching.
This location is great. It is within walking distance from The French Quarter yet it is away from the busy streets. Parking is ideal just around the hotel if you want easy access to your car. I had a slight problem with housekeeping not replacing towels after the room is clean. Had to call twice for towels. Overall I will come back to this hotel for the location and convenient of parking.

Pretty but not a good experience

Pros: It was very clean.
Cons: Friendlier, welcoming staff that works to please their customers.
Location: Good location near a lot of attractions but nightmare driving around construction.
The hotel was very pretty and clean but the front desk staff was not as friendly and helpful as we hoped. We arrived before check-in and they would not budge about getting us a room before 3:00 pm on the dot like other hotels we have been to. There was a constant, bothersome noise that kept us from sleeping. We did not ask to have our room changed. About 4:00 am I unplugged the refrigerator and we fell back asleep. Still not sure if that was it. Due to the contemporary design the bathroom didn't have counter space and the lighting was dark parking was a nightmare. Construction on the street made driving near the hotel nearly impossible.

Close to Bourbon without the noise.

It is a very modern hotel. It was slightly smaller than I am accustomed to, but we made it work. You can log in your Netflix and stuff on the TV and I really appreciated the wooden floors. Aesthetically, the room was appealing. Comfort wise, it was decent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will stay again.

Not what I expected...

Long-short... Booked a king got a double...staff was nice but countless amount of errors. Housekeeping left unclean items in room...they double booked our room and has a couple accidentally walk in on us. Not happy over all!!!

Excellent location, 1 min walk from canal st

They don't provide tissue boxes at the hotel. Also the water at the dispenser is not so clean but the room is comfortable and the floors are hardwood.
