Nice spot

Posted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Great complimentary breakfast and free parking. Great customer service. They got me soy milk each morning for my coffee.
Location: Mexican restaurant next door. Normally on street car line but street cars under construction.
We ere looking for a place close to where our daughter lives. Free parking was nice and an excellent breakfast. Fridge and microwave in the room. Rooms are a bit dated but good value.

Great location with excellent parking

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: Parking, friendly staff, great location
Location: close to trolley, magazine street
Location on St Charles ave was convenient for visiting places in the garden district like Magazine Street and also easy to catch the public transportation out front to go down to canal street and french quarter. There was a section of trolley line under construction which made it a little more inconvenient because we had to catch a bus first and then transfer to trolly, but not a big deal. They have a walled/gated parking area for guests that was well lit. This feature was important to us since most of the other hotels in the area do not have parking areas and you have to use public lots or on street parking. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was decent. Would stay there again.

Our favorite place to stay in New Orleans

Posted May 29, 2015
Cons: There was always a crowd for breakfast. More seating would help.
Location: Located in the middle of the Garden District. Convenient to the St Charles streetcar to the French Quarter.
This was our third stay here - and have loved it every time. The rooms are clean & spacious, and the staff has always been friendly & helpful.

Great Location on St. Charles, parking included

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: The staff were very pleasant & helpful. The location was great. The room was quiet and comfortable.
Location: The location was perfect for exploring various areas of New Orleans. You can drive to the Audubon Zoo, walk to Magazine, grab a street car.
We have always stayed in the French Quarter when visiting New Orleans but decided to try out this hotel in the Garden District. The hotel is on the street car line so a quick trip on the street car gets you to the French Quarter and you can enjoy a quieter, beautiful area to explore. I also was attracted by the included free parking. Most hotels in New Orleans have $35 per day valet parking so a savings there plus the convenience of having your car right there if you should need it.
