The thing that I like the most of the hotel was the art work in and around the hotel. It made you get that true feeling of what New Orleans is all about. Also liked that it is so close to almost all the major attractions in the City. Everything is walkable. Also the staff is really friendly and welcoming.

comfortable clean room within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in New Orleans. the staff were great, and the breakfast options were perfect. will be staying here again on my next trip.

Convenient to the French Quarter and easy to catch the St Charles streetcar. Most places were easily walkable. Property shows some wear and could be cleaner. There was mold in the jetted tub (wouldn’t use it anyway) but looked gross. Towels were hard and felt like sandpaper. Linens were fair but the beds were extremely firm and not comfortable. For the price, pretty much what you would expect.

My husband and I really liked the staff who were all dedicated to their task, going from the manenger to the ladies who prepared breakfast ... The following points could be improved: - there is not much visible attempt at recycling ... only the breakfast produces a LOT of garbage - they should reduce the high sugar levels produces they propose for brekfast - they should not use paper plates & plastic cutlery for breakfast

A great location! Just bring your pillow! The elevator was a little bit scary. Parking and fitness center are offsite and both have a fee that isn't apparent through Expedia - still a great value. The Red Slipper across the street was wonderful - the location was perfect for us.

Great place to stay at. You're within walking distance of a lot of places. There's even streetcars and buses within walking distance. Requested housekeeping several times- one of those times with the sign on the door but no one came to clean the room and replace our towels. Your best bet is to request your room to be cleaned at the front desk. Free breakfast that was delicious- and there is also a Ruby Slipper right across if you missed it. If you need any utensils after breakfast or need more stuff for the bathroom like toilet paper, just ask the front. Everyone is super helpful and kind.

Great option if you have a conference nearby. Easily walkable to all the French Quarter main attractions. Staff all really friendly. Breakfast is a little skimpy, so go into it with low expectations and you will be fine.

The room was very nice and I liked the look of the exposed brick. Breakfast however was really bad and should either not be offered or look into what is being offered and actually make it edible. Overall though the place was really clean and I enjoyed my room.

This hotel was on the parade route took my husband and I about 5 hours to get to the hotel every street to the hotel was blocked off the staff was very helpful trying to get us there we had to leave our car several blocks away pn the raod and walk to our hotel,hotel had no parking Also it took a long time for our water in our room to get hot

Had a great time at Mardi Gras. Ray and Jeff are super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Same to the guy stocking up breakfast with dark curly hair. The staff was amazing. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush and the bathroom fan didn’t work. The location of the hotel was great, super close to the parades and Burboun St/French Quarter. Vibes were immaculate. I would recommend this place to people staying in the area.

Cody and Kiesha( not sure that was her name - her daughter works there but it’s another property.) were both super nice. Door man on Sunday was quick to catch the door and always smiling. Manager introduced himself and was very engaging. The cost was reasonable. Rooms were well apportioned, even a small fridge for eventual left overs. Sooooo close to the French Quarter and Ceasar’s casino. Parking one block away. Highly recommend.

My room had a cockroach in it. Hotel staff refused to refund me any money for it.

I didn't like the fact that although I didn't choose a room with no window, in essence that's still what I got, since the view out my window was a brick wall.
