I'd live there if I could.Posted Aug 27, 2014
From the start to the finish, the service was incredible. They staff were so kind and helpful, you could tell they actually cares about you as a customer. The hotel is immaculate. Incredible. Such a cool and hip place. We happily spent more time in the hotel then walking around the town. If you have the oppotunity, stay at this hotel!!

Amazing!!!! What a beautiful resort!!!!Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: It was incredible along with the amazing staff.
Cons: The only thing we missed was a pool!!! We were so busy all day it would have been nice to relax in a pool.If you have children they need a pool!!!
Location: The location was perfect!! The resort was central. The trolley cars were right out side of the resort if you didn't want to walk.
From the minute we stepped off our shuttle bus from the airport it was wonderful . The whole staff at the resort greeted my daughter and I with a smile. They truely treated us like family. They helped us with all the fun things to do in New Orleans. The resort gave us discounts on restaurants and attractions each day of our stay!. The suite we stayed in was so modern, clean, and perfect in every way!!

Great location!Posted Aug 20, 2014
Loved this hotel. We had some things come up but the staff worked with us immediately and took care of it. It is not a traditional hotel. They do not have dinning on site or room service. They don't make up the beds, but replace any towels left on the floor, and take the trash. Every room is different. All have a kitchenette in it. 2 patio decks which was nice to go and relax. Located close enough to everything yet far enough to get a good nights rest. Loved it!

Very nice hotel conveniently locatedPosted Aug 15, 2014
The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and so friendly! I had the most wonderful experience with them. The hotel itself is conveniently located walking distance from everything. I loved the kitchenette and the rooms were well-kept. It is important to take note that the house keeping will ONLY empty your trash and give you clean towels. People always miss that part and complain for no reason. They clearly tell you that.

Top-notch hotel right in the French QuarterPosted Aug 12, 2014
The staff was so friendly and was happy to accommodate all of our needs. The hotel itself looked beautiful on the outside and inside. Our room was huge, so clean, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. It had two TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, a nice sized living room, a bedroom with a door and 2 queen sized beds in it. Perfect for a family except there were no rooms available at the moment so my boyfriend and I just had a huge room to ourselves--which was fine with us!! It is a great location. It's close to the casino, to Bourbon Street, the French Market, Frenchman, and many delicious nearby restaurant. I absolutely loved my stay in New Orleans. Thank you!

Close to all the actionPosted Aug 7, 2014
The Bluegrass is a great place to stay if you require more than just a hotel room. The Bluegrass has a separate bedroom, cooking facilities, and is located only a few blocks from all the action, allowing you to choose between relaxation of fun when you want it. The parking all almost all the hotel are expensive $35 so this is the norn unless you want to self park. The staff is professional and nice.
