Nice hotel in the heart of the French Quarter.Posted Apr 19, 2015
Great hotel, great staff and great location. Resturant could add Gluten Free breakfast options. The pool was nice for a break during the warm afternoon, which also got us away from the busyness of the Quarter.

Worth the price to stay in the French QuarterPosted Apr 17, 2015
With the two nights that we were at this hotel, the weather varied almost continuously from showers to heavy thunderstorms the whole time and we appreciated its location to the local sights. We had a great breakfast each morning in the hotel dining room. The staff were all exceptional; from the engineer who helped rectify our room door not opening to Natalie and Phillip who waited on us in the dining room, to Louis and the other valets who assisted us upon arrival and departure.

Very nice hotel right in the French Quarter.Posted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: The staff and our welcome gift from Expedia!
Cons: Street noise-maybe and interior room would be better than the deluxe room with balcony,
Location: Right between Orleans and the French Quarter there was something to do all times of the day!
The staff was excellent and most accommodating! We are disembarking from a cruise and they allowed us to check in as soon as our room was ready. We were in by noon and they stored our luggage while we waited and enjoyed homemade Bloody Mary's while we waited. There was a festival going on the French Quarter. Due to our location and outside-balcony, we were subjected to lots of street noise until the wee hours.

French Quarter Festival StayPosted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: Close to the French Market, and shops on Royal Street. Only a block from Jackson Square.
Location: Shop at French Market. Several art galleries on Royal Street. See Jackson Square and the Carriage rides are near. Bourbon Street is around the corner.
The Bourbon Orleans is the perfect location to stay for the festival. Easy walking distance to several of the venues and restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Beautiful hotel and exceptional servicePosted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located and within walking distance of everything you would want to see and do in and around the French Quarter.
Our 4 night stay here was fantastic and we wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived there was something special about this hotel; the service was exceptional and the hotel itself is just gorgeous to look at and so very comfortable. Whilst initially we were given a wheel chair accessible room (which was not required) with some drainage/plumbing issues we were promptly shifted without hesitation to an absolutely beautiful room, when we explained why were displeased with our room. We stayed on the courtyard side of the hotel which was lovely and quiet for a peaceful rest each night.

Wonderful location!Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: The history of the building was so interesting! I loved that the hotel displayed these stories throughout the building.
Cons: The queen mattress in our single room needs to be replaced, but the overall room was very comfortable & quiet.
Location: The horse drawn carriage tour of the French Quarter which included a guided tour of Cemetery #1 is a must! Everyone in the family LOVED this activity
Our group included grandparents, adults and children (ages 9 & 11) so this hotel was perfect! It was within easy walking distance to all the cultural sights and the trolley. The pool was wonderful for us grandparents and the little ones in the evenings, while the "older kids" enjoyed the Bourbon Street nightlife. The hotel breakfast buffet was good and the staff very friendly.
