Great location! Amazing staff!

Welcomed by an amazing front desk staff who gave great suggestions for lunch an activities. Jasmine booked our airboat tour for us- we didn't have to do anything but show up! The location is right off bourbon st- our room faced the pool and was nice and quiet. Everything but bourbon st is a 10-20 minute walk but well worth it to burn off all the calories we ate and drank. We went during a July heat wave and it was still enjoyable! The bellboys held our luggage the day we arrived and the day we left with no hassle or worries- they also ran a couple blocks and got us a taxi! Phillip made us great mimosas and bloody Mary's on Sunday to walk the morning with. It was a fantastic trip to an amazing hotel that I would recommend to anyone!

Pros: The staff, drinks in lobby and its location in the Quarterz
Cons: Nice shops, antiques, restaurants, bars and the ambience of the Quarter.
Location: Museums World War 2, Napoleon House and trips to the Garden District. No one told us the streetcar was under renovation so we were disappointed
I have Been to New Orleans many times but never in July. I knew the weather would be hot but could only go in July because of my grandsons school schedule. We had a very good time anyway. Their room was very nice but my husband and I had the smallest room I have ever stayed in. We got used to it as the staff was very nice, the lobby beautiful and the coffee in the morning and iced tea and water in the afternoon were very nice touches. The. Swimming pool was a hit with my grandsons and since they are very much used to good cuisine even though they are 11 and 7 they loved the food especially Galatoires and Brennan's. So I would recommend the hotel very highly.

Perfect French Quarter location

Very clean hotel and extremely comfortable bed. Received a complimentary drink at their very own Bourbon O Bar.There's also great live music at the Bourbon O three or four nights a week.

Great location!

Pros: Just about everything!
Cons: We tried to stay an extra night, but it was too expensive on Friday nights.
Location: Walking distance to everything in the quarter.
Great location in the middle of the French Quarter. The concierge was friendly and very helpful while booking tours and made great suggestions for restaurants. Loved the history of the place, the ambiance, and the little jazz club attached. Much nicer and safer than the usual Bourbon Street places.

Upon arriving the staff was friendly and very welcoming. This is a great location in the French Quarter. I enjoyed that I received text messages, which made the stay very personal and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and it was on the ghost tour (added bonus).

never again will I stay here.

Cons: Hotel staff manners need to be improved. and also when promised things for a room you need to live up to those promises.
The gentlemen who check me and my boyfriend in was just rude, it was very clear he did not want to help us at all. He was quick and didn't even bother to say " I hope you enjoy your stay" . When we got to the room I was just so upset because they put us in the smallest room in the hotel. I was promised a balcony and a view, but the only view was nothing. We had to walk down atleast 5 hall ways to get to our room. I will never stay at this hotel again. The staff did not care about the guest at all which made me want to leave. The shower in the room....it was a half shower....they didn't have a door that closed all the way, just a small pane of glass....everything about this room was just....horrible. Never again .
