“3rd Time at the Bourbon Orleans”
Great hotel and location. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that's looking for quality, convenience and great service.
“Great Visit”
Hotel was extremely convenient to everything. The entire hotel staff was very friendly. It's hard to keep these old buildings up to par and the only inconvenience (for lack of a better word) was the bath tub had been painted at one time and was peeling on the outside. It didn't really bother me since it was not on the inside if the tub. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
“Love this hotel !!”
The staff was very friendly and helpfule -- remodeling is ongoing but didn't affect us. Can't wait to come back and stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms.
“Excellent, convenient, quiet, clean”
Hotel is located right by Jackson Square but far enough away to ensure quiet on those fun nights. Yet very close to cafe du monde - so it's a quick trick for beignets and cafe au lait for breakfast.
“Our new favorate place to stay.”
Location Location Location Wow this is the perfect point to enjoy the French Quarter .The room was spacious , the bed great, and the employees were very personable.Parking is about $35 per day but this is a normal fee for valet parking in the big easey.
“Bourbon Orleans”
Great hotel in a great location! Right in the middle of the French Quarter, next to Bourbon Street, down the street from Cafe Du Monde and the French Market, and a short walk to Harrah's casino. Will book there again!
“Clean and Close to Everything!”
My fiance and I ( we got engaged while in the Big Easy!) stayed here for 3 nights in July. The Bourbon Orleans is a very clean, well maintained hotel, but the furnishings and overall decor are definitely showing their age. (I stayed here on my first trip to NOLA 15 years ago. I'm pretty sure nothing has been updated since!) However, our room was very large and had every ammenity one would need. All of the staff from front desk, bellmen, and cleaning personnel were very helpful and friendly. The bellman gave us a great recommendation for lunch too! I would highly recommend staying here.. Close to everything in the Quarter and a great value too!
“Excellent location, nice staff, clean”
Great hotel, a bit on the expensive side but the location -- right in the heart of the french quarter -- makes it worth it. The room was tiny but beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.
“Old Charm but like new, perfect location”
Perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the French Quarter. It's right behind Jackson Square and within 2-4 blocks of all major French Quarter attrations. If you are looking at other hotels, compare its location. Plus it was just rennovated so it is like new.
“Staff called me by name...”
Excellent stay and staff. Convenient, Clean and Comfortable. Restuarant was temporarily closed, but lots of great places close by. Staff made an effort to call each guest by name. Impressive.
