Beyonce & JayZ Concert/ Weekend Stay

Pros: Complimentary breakfast was awesome! Variety of choices.
Cons: Noise level when housekeepers are cleaning avoid letting doors slam.
Location: New Orleans, LA- Location
My stay at Clarion Inn (New Orleans) was ok. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. However, early in the morning it was a bit noisy but overall we enjoyed the stay and will use the hotel again.

Good overall! Updates needed in bathrooms but all clean and water was HOT! A/C could've been colder.

Pros: close to the French quarter
Cons: the elevators need updating
Location: the location was great. The French quarter and bourbon street was a very quick walk down the street
the hotel was dated, elevators dark and not fun to ride in. I was nervous about my car in the parking area.

Do not stay at this hotel

Pros: Close proximity to French quarter could walk there in a relatively short time. I also walked from the Jazz fest back to the hotel in under an hour.
Cons: Develop a staff that has hotel management experience. You can't keep firing people. Fix the problems.
Location: French quarter, shopping, tours and gambling all with a mile and a half.
Enjoyed New Orleans did not enjoy this hotel. Room keys did not work I was given 7 keys problem was not addressed. Also the in room safe did not work at all I did not bring this up to the front desk I was more concerned about being able to get back into my room. The cleaning staff did not replenish coffee cups, toiletries or towels. Room was not comfortable. My last day there the manager of the hotel was reprimanding one of the employees in the lobby. He complained that the subordinate had fired too many people so now nobody was available to do the laundry. Thus creating the towel shortage problem. The staff was very apologetic, but nothing seemed to get corrected. The breakfast provided was good. The manager of the hotel seemed to take an interest in that aspect of the operation. I would strongly consider that Expedia take this hotel off their offering list.

Pros: The staff, available parking and breakfast.
Cons: The hotel is old and probably in need of constant upgrading. Given that fact, I think they're trying to do a good job.
Location: We were interested in the French Quarter. While it's a pretty good walk, taking the RTA which runs right by the hotel and that's a convenience.
We had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the convenience of parking just across a side street from the hotel was also very attractive. Our overall experience is a "thumbs up". Would also like to point out that the breakfast was also very well done with many different options available.

Aweful experience dreadful location. Hotel rundown room Dickensian musty with bad plumbing. Do not waste your money.

An Older Hotel

Overpriced for the facility. The rooms were a bit dirty and outdated. The beds were very comfortable and staff was helpful.

Too pricey for condition of hotel. Updates are needed. Only one elevator for entire building. Valet took forever to retrieve vehicle.
