i LIKE THE AREA IT WAS. HAD A LOT OF EATING PLACES TO CHOSE FROM. Quiet AND CLEAN I DID NOT LIKE THE CONTINETAL BREAKFAST THE SAME EVERYDAY, THE MEAT WAS ALWAYS PORK.

The front desk staff was VERY VERY RUDE. They're attitude was basically " WHY ARE YOU HERE. WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE! The housekeeping staff was so much friendlier than the front desk staff. When I came down to ask the front desk staff a question they didn't get up from their seat They just answered me with their back turned. And it wasn't a pleasant or cheerful answer. It was down right COLD AND RUDE. It was as if i was disturbing them. This was very unsettling. I DEFINITELY WON'T BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

This property was a disaster. Paint speckled all over floors, bathroom facets about to fall out of the wall, comforters had hair still on them. Nothing updated. Comfort Inn needs to have some standards . Whoever owns it has none.

The place was very dirty (one of my towels had makeup stain on it!!), the place had a very weird and intense smell, very loud and noisy highschool boys on oy floor, and everything was out of order! Also, for having water bottles you have to buy them in cash!!!! So inconvenient

How unfortunate that this is a Choice hotel! The renovations are great but the customer service is terrible! They only have ONE… yes ONE luggage cart and I requested a late check out… Desk Rep: The best we can do is 11:30 AM… We have gotten at least a 1 PM checkout at all other Choice hotels in Texas. It’s unfortunate that money is being spent on renovations to “look like” a Choice hotel, but nothing else about this hotel reflects a “Choice experience”. Never again.

The location was close to family during the holidays. The room was large and divided into a sofa area. The TV was small. The bathroom was small and door could not fully open but rather hit the toilet seat. The elevator had the same Cheetos for 2 days on the floor. We delayed the housekeeper during the day with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the handle. But the front desk ran out of shower soap and shampoo so we had to steal from a lobby bathroom with a paper cup to our room for next day. THERE IS NO POOL AS ADVERTISED! Indoor pool has boarded for past 3 years due to COVID. TAKE THAT OFF LISTING!!!

The Bad: parking was weird and hard to find a spot bc a bus took over several spaces. Back door of hotel never recognized our keys. The rooms were clean, but a hair was in the shower. The great: beds were very comfortable, it was silent in the hotel, everything worked from all outlets to lights and hot water. Staff was quick and friendly. Lobby was spotless. Would definitely stay again.
