“enjoyed my stay”

I enjoyed my stay there, but they should fix the vending machines and add more in side the building.

“Nice Property”

This was a well maintained and staffed hotel. Some of the guests were noisy in the early moring hours but not enough to complain. Neighborhood isn't the best but this is a nice property.

“Conveniently Located”

The hotel is conveniently located to I-10. Checking in and out was very quick. It appears that the housekeeping dept had a shortage of face towels on my last day.

“It worked!!!”

The hotel was not exactly where we wanted to stay, but we booked at the last minute, so that's our issue. All of the staff were very nice and we enjoyed talking with them.

“Nice Hotel”

I was with 3 other ladies, and we stayed for 5 nights. The Hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful, the rooms were clean, and it was very quiet. Our biggest problems were that the microwave went out half-way through the stay, but since there is one in the breakfast area of the hotel, it wasn't a big inconvenience. We also had a difficult time getting an iron that worked--the staff attempted to replace it, but the one they brought was not much better than the first one that we had. Other than those 2 very minor issues, we had a great time. The hotel is only about 15 minutes from downtown, and right off the highway. I would definitely stay there again.

“Great for a quiet getaway”

Given that I was not able to secure a room downtown New Orleans, I am thankful for my friends at Expedia. you really can through for me when I was at an end. Thanks Expedia.

“Clean and Quiet”

Little far from downtown but the hotel is clean and quiet. I didn't have to worry about safety while I am sleeping.

“Inconvience”

Our stay was for 7 nights. We had to go to the front desk nightly to have our room keys reactivated. It became very irritating!! Finally after three nights of it, I insisted they activate them for the rest of our stay or we would find elsewhere to stay.

“Clean without extras”

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Suites in New Orleans but chose a hotel too far out of the city (a bit inconvenient). The hotel was well maintained, especially in light of the recent damage due to hurricane Katrina. It is modest, yet the friendly staff made it seem more comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning.
