Still remodeling, but good place to rest

Pros: our room was always cleaned very nicely. good breakfast every day.
Cons: fountain should be fixed. you can't advertise to have a fountain and a working fireplace and then not have them work. also the fridge in the room is s
The hotel was overall a good hotel. the pool is a bit small and if a few people are in you can instantly feel crowded in there. there was a fountain in the pool area, but it wasn't turned on and didn't even have water in it which was kind of annoying. they also had a fireplace but it was not turned on and when i asked the staff if it can be turn on they said they were not able to since they didn't have a certain item to turn it on, kind of annoying since that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel.

Nice place, bad service

Didnt have the room type we reserved. Out of service elevator (only an inconvenience for us with kids to carry bags up 3 floors, but much worse for a handicapped man who was stuck in the lobby). Had to then change rooms because there was no pull out couch (what we had to accept since our room type we reserved wasnt available). Had to call twice to get loudly rattling A/C looked at; it was about an hour between calls.

Some staff are friendly not all. Under renovations so that's kinda different to change furniture during your stay. Gray colors now would be better to have something brighter

Nice hotel despite location

The hotel is so clean! Even with carpets they kept it smelling clean. The bathrooms are spacious

Close to the causeway and ACME Oyster House but other then that it's about it. 2 buildings make up the hotel and the 2nd buildings room has be accessed from the outside.

Had problems adding to a reservation already payed for. They did not clean our room the last day and made an adjustment because of it.

Pros: Nice and clean inside.
Cons: Customer service.
Location: I didn't see anything because I spend most of the time checking in and changing the rooms.
At the check in time, the clerk was crazy busy, on the phone all the time while checking in guests. And rude! One was just standing there. After 15 minutes we received a room, we attempted to ask the clerk some questions, but because she was on still on the phone, we couldn't. When we finally arrived to the room, the A/C was not working. We waited for a maintenance person, (finally he was a pleasant one!) we were told, that we need to change the rooms. The room we moved in was under the construction, patching on the walls and around the window frame. Finally when we were ready to hit the streets to see the French quarter, we waited for the taxi 1 hour. We never received any apology from the clerk. I am very disappointed by the treatment we received by this one lady representing your company. She was blond white lady in her late twenties.

TOILET SEAT BROKEN. NIGHT STANT LAMP DID NOT WORK. NO MICRO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE AS ADVERTIVSED ON WEB SITE.

Trois jours en visite à la nouvelle Orléans, hôtel à 20mn des quartiers à fréquenter, facile pour se garer. En revanche c'est plus un motel qu'un hôtel, les moquettes des communs étaient insalubre et l'insonorisation une catastrophe, à gauche, à droite, au dessus, en dessous dans les couloirs, dans la cour vous pouvez profiter de toute la vie de l'hôtel, insupportable.
