Great location to get airport quickly.

Hotel and room were clean. Hotel staff was not very helpful in regards to tourist tips ( e.g. local restaurants, group tours). Breakfast was very good and lots of variety to pick from.

Nice hotel BUT...

Pros: Clean rooms and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was good also :)
Cons: Make certain that it is clear that you will be charge if over two people stay in the room.
Location: It is directly beside the airport. Noise was not a problem, but the area is not the best.
Everything about the hotel was good. The area leaves a little bit to be desired but the facility itself is good. The room was clean and the people were helpful. The only problem was that if you have a late teenager with you, they will charge an extra person fee that is almost as much as the entire room. Three in a room purchased with 2 double beds should not have a fee because we have a child that is in their late teens.

I'm glad I stayed the experience of a different hotel besides Florida was Excellent. Staff was great food was beautiful and taste great room a 10 great place to stay πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Quick and Easy

I enjoyed my stay, however front desk unfriendly taking guests who are not contract to restaurants and shopping mall in the surrounding area.

Great place...terrible staff

The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing and the room was comfortable and clean. However the staff was something else. The women who checked me in was wonderful...but once she left the staff was anything but. I am disabled...as I have trouble walking due to a serious injury. I was in the 3rd floor and I went down to the lobby to ask for a bottle of water. The website said they had 24 hr refreshments...which I assumed could be charged to the room. I came down to see a huge stack of bottled water on the feont counter. I asked the man and he said that those bottles were for some group and I needed to use a vending machine. I told him I only had a 10bdollar bill and asked if he could break it...he proceeded to answer the ringing phone and ignored me. I stood there for a minute hoping he would put the phone on hold or respond to me and he continued to handle the phone call although I was standing there in front of him. I ended up just drinking from the faucet and it was disgusting. Terrible service especially to someone who has a walking disability such as my self. There was a stack of bottles of water...I would've charged it to my room ...I would've at least expected him to break my money so I could use the vending. So rude I was extremely upset.

Rude staff

Rude staff, forgot wake up call, refused to give an additional blanket, check in man kept calling me dude, I definitely don't look like a dude. Will never stay there again

Hotel near airport

Pros: Right next to airport.
Cons: Better air-conditioning.
Room very clean. Room air conditioning loud. Loud guests fighting in adjacent room in middle of night.

Convenient airport hotel

This is one of the best airport hotels I have been to. The service was friendly and bed comfortable. Being very close to the airport you of course are going to hear the planes. Also the hotel has a surprisingly good restaurant.

Shabby hotel close to airport

Hotel was run down and needed updating. The shuttle never came to pick us up from the airport even though it's supposed to run 24hrs a day. Then, we tried calling the hotel to inquire about the shuttle but they're phone had been shut off. Waited an hour for the shuttle and then resorted to taking a cab, which the hotel refused to reimburse us for or credit our account for. Poor service!!
