Great location; spacious room and quiet.Posted Oct 25, 2014
Pros: Spacious, clean and quiet rooms.
Cons: The staff for sure. Its a people oriented business so how you treat your guest is important. Breakfast was cheap and NOTHING like the pictures.
Location: A block from Bourbon Street and walking distance to everywhere. Felix's and Acme Oysters is just a block away, Ruby's is even closer.
First time here and loved it. The staff are not over zealous to help, most of the time were on the phone at the front desk and would have us stand and wait for them. If we asked for directions they were brief and blunt. Mostly the women behind the counter. But the room itself was heaven, spacious and very quiet and clean. The bed was heaven to sleep in. If they'd just train their front counter staff to be a bit more courteous and helpful, would have gave it 5 stars.

Good and comfortablePosted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: The staff were reliable.
Cons: Security. There was a considerable gap under the front door, which was scary for a single traveller like myself, and I could see through it.
The staff communicated well, everyone was helpful, just enough that honoured the space and privacy of the guest. For a little bit of luxury it was connected to Ritz Carlton hotel and I had access to Ritz service and amenities such as the spa and shops as well as the restaurant which was yummy and classy. The Marriott market was well stocked and provided healthy options as well as indulgent food. The Starbucks was always available. Upon arrival in nola my viator return airport shuttle was apparently not approved however it was rectified without my knowledge and the Marriott staff informed me.

Walking distance to everythingPosted Oct 6, 2014
The split room with two king bed was nice, although for the price I expected free parking! $38 daily charge is a bit much when you paid close to $360 per night, also our keys didn't work so we had to wait close to 20 minutes to key to be programmed, room had a bad smell....Having take 2 elevators to get to our rooms was a inconvenience to me, but overall I liked the room and the location was the best!

Good Value, Excellent LocationPosted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: Newly remodeled, convenient location. Good value. Chose based on price
Cons: This is a generic hotel, trading off convenience and relative quiet for character. No real way to change that, it is what it is.
Location: French Quarter, Bourbon St,. Canal St., Restaurants, bars.
The Courtyard Marriott Downtown Iberville is a very decent hotel, a good value, in a great location with nice conveniences. The recently renovated room was in good shape and has a comfortable sitting area and is separated from the bedroom, convenient for couples with different sleep schedules. The bathroom is small, tough for two people to use at once. The room has a small fridge and single cup coffee maker, no microwave or cooking facilities. Closet space is marginal. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased, Starbucks and a Bar are on site, and there is a small sundries store adjacent to the hotel desk. The location was great, at the western edge of the Quarter, close to the action but less noisy than on Bourbon. 1-2 block walk to good restaurants, Walgreens and CVS, near the west end of Bourbon St, and mid-Canal St. 12 minute walk to Jackson Square, a bit farther to French Market. Staff was courteous, though professionalism was variable. Maid service inconsistent. No problems or issues.

Pros: The cleanliness.
Cons: Yes, replace all of your old steam irons.
Location: The location was ok. The mall and convention center was especially important since I had meetings there for a couple of days.
My overall experience was very positive. I enjoyed my stay at your facility.
