Great location; walking distance to everything!Posted Dec 12, 2014
Pros: The beautiful atmosphere and location. Walking distance to everything!! And if you are in New Orleans you have to try Mothers restaurant!!
Cons: Nothing for us! We throughly enjoyed everything you had to offer!!
Location: New Orleans, 820 Poydras Street. Very close to everything. 5 to 10 min walk to Canal Street, which takes you right the heart of the French Quarters.
Very freindly staff; accomidating to all our needs. Daily Breakfast and night time snacks was a plus for us. Large rooms, comfy beds and very, very clean!!! I recommond this hotel to all, you will be pleased!!

Location: About 4 blocks from canal street 10min walk or catch street car out front of hotel.
Hotel was great, 1 bedroom suite was great for 4 adults and 2 children. Just a couple blocks from canal street. Street car stop right out front of hotel so convenient if you didn't want to walk. Great value with breakfast and afternoon drinks/ hot food included. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, perfect locationPosted Nov 26, 2014
Pros: Our room was very pretty and the beds were really comfy!
Cons: I can't think of anything that could be improved.
Location: This hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Superdome, the French Quarter, and many shops & restaurants.
This hotel is so beautiful! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. It is located within easy walking distance of such areas as the Superdome, the French Quarter, and many stores & restaurants. The hotel breakfast buffet was ....a hotel breakfast buffet, but it was a little better than some other hotels.

I stayed in the new building and enjoyed every aspect of it. Everyone from the valet to the front desk was trained well and made me feel welcome. A female Hispanic employee who was refilling the scrambled eggs at breakfast even smiled and wished me a good morning. I appreciated the service.

Everything looks new/refurbished--Posted Nov 7, 2014
Pros: Nice room. Free breakfast and dinner snack, along with free evening cocktails.
Cons: Valet parking required, and is an additional $25 per day.
Location: French Quarter and NOLA waterfront within walking distance.
We stayed in the newer tower part of the property-- room was a 2 room suite with a pull out bed. My child said the pull out was comfortable. The bedroom is large. The bed comfortable. The bathroom was large. Very nice-- did not expect it to be this nice. Short walking distance to pretty much everything you'd want to do on the waterfront or French Quarter! Security cards required to operate elevator, so plenty of security in the building.
