Pros: Very clean room and bathroom.
Right on Bourbon Street. Get a room that opens to the court yard and it will be nice and quiet.

Great location. Nice hotel.Posted Oct 5, 2013
Pros: Location and comfort.
Cons: We appreciate that New Orleans can be VERY hot and steamy, but the room temperature was very cold and could not be adjusted (even turning it up!).
Location: Perfect location! In the heart of the French Quarter. Easy access to everything most tourists want to see.
We celebrated a friend's 50th birthday in New Orleans and this hotel was in a perfect location and provided very pleasant comfort. We had a room with a balcony on Toulouse and a view of the cathedral. Very nice. Bed was comfortable. If anything, the room was a bit cold, but it made snuggling in under the wonderful bedding very nice indeed. There is a pool in the courtyard, which our friends used and said was nice. We had one drink at the bar. Never tried the restaurant. Valet parking was easy (if pricey!). Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this hotel on Bourbon St. We recommend it!

Good location. Big price.Posted Oct 1, 2013
Paid for the location and was happy but also paid for a king bed that I booked way ahead of time when it asked queen or king bed and was reserved a king bed on a reservation and got two beds five feet apart! I really wanted the king bed because this was the first trip for me and my wife alone without my daughter. They told me that because I booked on your site I was not guaranteed any bed but just a room so why would I ever pay more for a better room when I am not guaranteed it or the bed I reserved? Also I was in the pool at 3:P.M. in the afternoon and got kicked out because they rented it out for something. That was Friday and Saturday No pool in 90 DEGREE heat. I am disappointed in the hotel but the people were great!

Night out with the boysPosted Sep 30, 2013
Pros: Convenient to Bourbon street.
Cons: The smell of the room. I think it was their deodorzing procress, but it really was unpleasant.
Check in went smoothly. On site parking easy. Room was clean but had a strange odor. Beds were very soft. Room was quiet, couldn't hear Bourbon street.

Location: Lively with lots of clubs
Had a great time here. Hotel is right on Bournbon street. Which is very lively. Lots of bars, and clubs. We had a room with balcony on Bournbon street. Nice to sit out on it, and listen to music. So if you have room over looking the street, you have to expect some noise. They have rooms over looking the court yard, and pool. If you'd like a bit of peace.

I really enjoyed my time in this hotelPosted Sep 13, 2013
Pros: The furnitures and design is really classic and beautiful goes well with the French quarter atmosphere
Cons: One day the maid didn't clean the room even we made sure to leave the room early enough, that was a bit annoying.
Location: The location is perfect, right in the middle of Bourbon st!
We didn't get the room with the balcony on bourbon street, instead we had a giant room at the end of the hallway.

Beautiful hotel on Bourbon St.Posted Sep 9, 2013
Everything was great from the check in to the check out. The hotel had that classic New Orleans feel. And you can sit in the hotel bar and watch the activity on Bourbon St. My sister recommended this hotel and I will now recommend it to others! Great time! Geaux Saints!!

Everything I NeededPosted Sep 8, 2013
Cons: The toilet was too close to the shower, forcing me to "lean to port." The bathroom countertop was very deep, making tooth-brushing uncomfortable.
Location: Well, heck, it's smack dab in the middle of the French Quarter. Everything's nearby.
I was hesitant to stay in a hotel that was right on Bourbon Street, but my fears were unfounded. While it's close to everything, it also provides a welcome refuge. I could walk to Antoine's or K-Pauls within 2 minutes, yet get a break from the French Quarter whenever I wanted. Late at night, with Bourbon Street at its loudest, my room was, amazingly, quiet and tranquil. The staff was, without exception, outgoing, friendly, and helpful. My room was immaculate and spacious. The layout of the bathroom was odd and a bit uncomfortable, but perfectly adequate.

I will probably choose elsewhere next time ...Posted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was okay. It was clean, pleasant and they appeared to be in the middle of some renovations. It is right on Bourbon, so the location is very convenient, but it lacks some of the charm that other hotels offer. John checked us in, and he was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, he was the only staff member that was really pleasant. There is a coffee maker in the room, , and they provide coffee and tea. However, we stayed for 5 nights, and had to ask for the tea to be replenished EVERY day. The maid service was very slow, and the room didn't get cleaned until about 5:00 one day. We finally just waited in the lobby for them to clean the room. Upon check-out, our flight was in the afternoon, so we requested a late check-out. We were told that would not be possible (even though rooms didn't ever get cleaned until after the time we requested), but that they would be glad to hold our luggage after check-out until we needed to head to the airport. Nothing was horrible about the stay or the service, which it why I give it a very average rating. However, we have stayed at other hotels (similarly priced) in the French Quarter, and will return to one of them next time.
