Room on Bourbon St

Posted Feb 28, 2015
The location on Bourbon Street made it an excellent location for enjoying the French Quarter. The hotel was very nice, clean and friendly. The only negative is that since it is on Bourbon Street some of the guests returning to their room in the wee hours of the night were a bit raucous.

Nice hotel in the middle of Bourbon Street.

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Everyone was friendly and the concierge desk was great about telling us how to get around.
You can't get closer to Bourbon Street than this hotel. Our room was street side, so it was a bit loud on Saturday night, but that's to be expected. We got excellent dining recommendations from Sean the bellman and John at the front desk was a really nice guy to deal with. Everyone was very understanding and helpful and the bed was quite comfy.

Nice Hotel Great Location

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Clean Great Location and beds are comfortable
Cons: Only thing that would of been nice is if they could buffer the noise from coming in from the outside on Bourban St.
We went to Mardi Gra this year for our first time and wanted to stay in the midst of the excitement , This Hotel is literally right in the middle of Bourbon St, When we left the hotel and headed left there are musicians on the street playing and a bunch of bars with live music inside with great atmosphere , You leave the Hotel and go right if you like strip joints there are plenty of them and then more higher end restaurants requiring collard shirts but the food is Amazing , You could stay on your balcony with music all around you and the streets full of people, The hotel does have a noise policy from 11pm-7am

Great place to stay

Great hotel on bourbon street. Only drawback is it tends to be a party hotel. Lots of noise in the hallways until 3am

Bourbon Street on a calm rainy night

Posted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: The staff were super helpful!
Cons: The balcony door locks need some attention.
Location: Surrounded by bars and yummy restaurants!
You won't find a better location for people watching, then from your balcony at this hotel. It is central to all the action on Bourbon Street. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The doors going outside were a little "beaten up" and the locks could use a little TLC, but I suspect that they take a lot of abuse at the hands of partying guests.

location good

Good place to spend a night in the quarter, location is good. As a local, it gave us the option to watch parade and not deal with driving home or the long wait for cabs during French quarter events. Overall, hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Rooms are small but reasonably updated. Bonus is hotel room balconies along bourbon st.
