Wonderful Experience

The staff and managers are very attentive, and they accommodated all of my needs. The location is amazing for partygoers, and to my surprise, the hotel was very quiet considering that it is located in the heart of the French Quarter, and exactly on Bourbon Street. I am a very detailed person with specific preferences when traveling, and I can be borderline OCD, and with this being said, the hotel room that I stayed in (room 400) was very clean, and not to mention, the shower.... Omg. The water pressure was everything and I appreciated the powerful detachable shower head. The experience was pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.

Lack of Communication

We had difficulties with our air conditioner, door lock and sink drain which required 3 calls to guest services before everything was resolved. The door lock stuck from the inside was never completed fixed during our 4 day stay.

Bourbon Street Break

We had a issue when we first checked in: delay of a half hour while they figured out what room to give us; what was nuts about this was that fact that I called around 2pm to confirm the room. They gave us a room key and we walk in on another person in their room. They finally got us a empty room and gave us a $30 credit. We did like the location, it was pretty easy to walk around the French Quarter. There were two employees who were very pleasant and unfortunately we didn't meet them until the end of our stay, I didn't get the one employee's name but the other's name is Wafaa.

Not a fan of staying right on bourbon st. but if I do again I would use this place again. Great staff. Nice rooms.

Within walking distance to everything

Clean, updated rooms and walking distance to everything. I would suggest a room facing the pool if you want a goodnight of peace and sleep or the Bourbon Street side if you want to be awake all night

In the middle of everything

Wow, the bed was amazing and the extra money for a street balcony was totally worth it!! Never a dull moment and it's within walking distance to everything in the French quarter

In the heart of the French Quarter

The hotel is in the heart of French Quarter. The hotel very nice and the staff was very friendly. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The air conditioning vent blew in my face so that was a somewhat unpleasant, but overall a very stay. Loved the location. We were only staying in NO for one day, so it was nice that we could easily walk around the French Quarter and get back to our hotel.

Pros: The hotel is very clean, staff great, etc.
Cons: None
Location: Great location for food, entertainment, t-shirts, antiques, etc...
We had to reservations, 2 rooms. I requested they be together and over looking the court yard. This did not happen. The rooms were on the street side and the last night(Thursday) VERY loud. Police were even called in. The hotel is very clean, staff great, etc. My fault for not request room changes.

It was a little shocking to be treated like second-class citizens - apparently because we booked our stay through Expedia (per your desk clerk).
