Everything was perfect!

Although they didn't have a pool but you was able to use the facilities at the Loews hotel adjacent from the hotel made my mini vacation complete. Everything else was perfect from A to Z. I will surely stay there again. Thank You

Amazing Staff Hospitality

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Staff and Location
Cons: The carpet in our room was a bit ratty
Location: It is located within walking distance of everything. The waterfront, Bourbon Street and the French Quarters are easy to get to and the area safe.
The hotel and casino are a great experience and located just perfectly to get around New Orleans. We had a wonderful time and the staff was excellent.

Good Hotel, but not what I expected.

Posted Jun 13, 2014
Good hotel, but expected to at least have HD flat screens for the price that you pay. Wall hangings dusty, and food is way too expensive.

Never Again

Posted Jun 6, 2014
Pros: The bed and bath tub
Location: Sidewalks were very hard to walk on.
Very expensive. Casino tables were 25.00 minimum. I did not like the set up. No pool!

THE PLACE TO STAY

Posted May 3, 2014
Pros: Welcoming, clean, friendly and a fantastic view from the 22nd floor.
Cons: If it isn't broke don't fix it.
Location: Casino, Mother's, trolley, Bourbon Street.
From the front desk staff, to the room attendants, to the accommodations, you couldn't find a grander place to stay in New Orleans.

Nice hotel, close to attractions

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Close to attractions and a very clean and friendly atmosphere.
Cons: Nothing
Location: This hotel was in New Orleans. There were numerous things to do nearby with downtown a good walk or a short cab ride.
Stayed at the Harrah while in New Orleans for a convention I was attending. Very nice hotel with a connector to the casino, which was great.

Hotel Just Blocks from the Heart of Burbon Street

Posted Apr 11, 2014
Pros: The bathtub and location.
Cons: A pool and hot tub.
Location: Just blocks from Bourbon.
Was an excellent hotel in terms of location and room cleanliness. Although not a gambler, it was great to be connected to the Casino. The major downside was no pool or hot tub. The bathtub in the room was nice but a hot tub would have been better. Loved that the room was non smoking!!!

A Bit Disappointing

Posted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: The Hotel staff were exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, eager to be helpful, and just all around nice.
Cons: The cleanliness of the room wasn't good. There was a LOT of hair in the bathroom..floor, tub, shower, etc. The room was dusty. Bed wasn't comfortable.
Location: The location was good. The casino was very close. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. That was convenient.
I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. It was dusty, rugs had black stains on them, chairs had white stains on them. There was a considerable amount of hair left in the room by the previous people. It was very noticeable in the bathroom so I can only imagine how dirty the rugs could have been. The bed wasn't comfortable. The towels weren't soft. The toiletries were disappointing as well. The hotel staff were exceptional though.

First time using this hotel

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: Have previously stayed numerous times in the French Quarter. Enjoyed being on the periphery of the crowds this time. Room was very clean.
Cons: Absolutely no criticisms.
Location: Excellent location if guests intend to do other things besides just the French Quarter. Close to the WWII museum which we had not toured for years.
Hotel staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable experience.
