I was only present for a short overnight stay. very comfortable, clean, VERY large room. Close (~2 blocks) to Bourbon Street too. My only complaint, which I have with many hotels, is the horrible LodgeNet TV system. So slow to respond and just annoying. I disdain seeing it wherever I stay. I also don't care for valet parking (at $28/night no less) but the staff was courteous and the hotel was most comfortable.

“Great place to stay in New Orleans.”

The location was perfect, the staff welcoming, polite and very helpful. The lobby, elevators, corridors and room were clean and orderly. Our room was nicely decorated, comfortable and well supplied. Daily housekeeping was wonderful and attentive. We were happy to have the refrigerator and microwave (only used refrigerator). We bought a cocktail at the bar and went to the roof top pool area to watch the sun set and enjoy the great view. It was a short walk to the French Quarter and close to all public transportation.

There were no complaints. Very helpful staff from front desk to valet. Room was really great, with the adjustable beds. Very quiet outside rooms. Loved location.

Great Stay! The room was very comfortable and clean. The entire staff from the front desk to the bellman were exceptional. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Amenities in room were nice. Hotel is located in walking distance of many restaurants.

Great location. I could see bourbon street from my hotel window. River walk was just a few minute walk down Poydras street and Bourbon street was just a block over. Great place to stay. Clean and secure hotel for New Orleans.

“Great location and value!”

We found this hotel to be the perfect location for our New Orleans visit. It is quiet and away from the craziness, but only a three-block walk to Bourbon Street. It is the about a block away from a St Charles streetcar stop. We walked everywhere from this location. The room was exceptionally clean with a huge bathroom and a very comfy bed. They allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will stay here every time I return to New Orleans...
