Cons: Pool and hot tub
Very, comfortable, quiet, hotel. The staff was Awesome. The hotel is so, quiet you would never know the airport is across the street. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had at a hotel before. The staff was Awesome and made our stay effortless. The only gripe I have is the pool and hot tub. Make them as beautiful as your photos!! Besides that, great stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. I thought the room was bigger and had a refrigerator.it was fine for our one night. It was peaceful and quiet.. The staff was very friendly...

Camera per fumatori a non fumatore

Pros: La catena Hilton è eccellente per cui tutto OK tranne la camera fumatori.
Cons: Non prendere in giro gli ospiti paganti perché potrebbero anche arrabbiarsi.
Location: Vicino all'aeroporto, non c'è molto da vedere in zona.
Dopo quasi 24 ore di viaggio arrivo all'Hotel Hilton Airport di New Orleans confidando sulla qualità della catena che finora non mi aveva mai deluso. Avevo prenotato una camera non fumatori tramite expedia, faccio il check-in e mi viene assegnata la camera. Andano verso la camera e notando la distanza dall'uscita dell'ascensore pensai "come al solito la camera più lontana" fino a quando vedo che occorre passare una porta a vetro e mi vengono i primi sospetti. Entrato in camera è una certezza: dall'odore nauseante si tratta di una camera fumatori. La "gentile" signorina della reception che non si era neanche sognata di dirmi che mi aveva assegnato una camera fumatori sostiene che io ho espressamente prenotato una camera fumatori (FALSO) e quindi che certi requisiti accessori non sono sempre soddisfatti. Morale della favola: prendere o lasciare e alle 10 di sera uno finisce per prendere. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!

Less than expected

Pros: The fitness studio, the equipment was top notch.
Cons: Renovate everything...
Location: Close to the airport which is convenient
Everything was alright....I did expect a lot more since it is a Hilton hotel. The furniture and fixtures were old and dated. The carpet was frayed and faded, the doors were scuffed up and chipped. The carpet in our room was sticky which is really odd. The restaurant was very expensive considering. We also had to wait a while for the shuttle which was disappointing since I asked the evening before how it worked and they said it was on demand. It was also very loud, we could hear every airplane and noise made in the rooms above and around us. The Holiday Inn or the Days Inn are just as close and way cheaper, I would recommend saving the money in this case.

Surprising and Relaxing

Pros: Food was good, Rooms were nice, staff was friendly
Cons: Defiantly more for the business traveler. The hotel could possibly arrange for a bus to go to and from downtown each day for a small price.
Location: MSY airport and IHOP
Decided to extend my first trip to New Orleans by one day. The hotel I had was full and could not accommodate us for an additional day. We choose to stay here since it was right by the airport. This hotel is directly in front of the airport. They have a free shuttle that is on demand. I was pleasantly please that the decor was quite nice. I noticed that many pilots and flight attendants stayed here as we road the shuttle together. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are nicely put together. The food and drink prices are reasonable and they tasted really good especially for hotel (and double that airport hotel) food. It was tasty. I would stay here gain if I needed. But since I wanted to be in the French Quarter it is a bit far away. However I would recommend this place. If you want to frequent the French Quarter it maybe too far for frequent trips down town as it cost $33 cab or $20 each way to and from the hotel to the Qurarter.

Made a reservations at 4:00pm because we missed our flight out that evening. We were able to find a flight out and called to cancel at 6:30pm and the hotel would not let me cancel and charged the full price of the room, over $300.

Cruise

Pros: Convenient to airport.
Cons: The beds are ok but not really soft and comfortable.
Location: Easy access to the airport and we could go to downtown New Orleans from here very easily.
We spent the night prior to leaving New Orleans on a cruise. It is very convenient to the airport where the cruise lines picked us up. There is nothing fabulous about this hotel.

Really easy hotel to get to the airport. Shuttle every 10 minutes. Extremely friendly stuff. Def recommend.

Staff was very helpful with parades in the area for that evening and the breakfast was delicious.
