Perfect Location. Beds and pillows are excellent. went down for the BCS National Championship Game to watch the Alabama Crimson Tide bring home the Title. No complaints! Loved it!

Was there on business for three days, and the experience was a good one . You are close to the downtown action and good interstate access. My only complaint is that they charge 35.00 per night to park a rental car in their garage . I think that fee is excessive !

“Perfect hotel for cruise goers.”

We stayed two nights in this hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was very comfortable. We chose the hotel due to it's proximity to the cruise terminal - we actually walked from our hotel right into the Riverwalk mall and into the cruise terminal to board our ship when we checked out. We also walked to the aquarium while staying there - it is just across the street.

GREAT HOTEL I LOVE THE LOCATION AND THE AMPLE PARKING . EASY ACCESS TO THE CASINO AND ALL THE PARADES THIS WEEK .EVEN WITH ALL THIS GOING ON WE WERE STILL ABLE TO HAVE A QUIET EVENING IN OUR ROOM AND ENJOY THE VIEW . THE HOTEL IS CONNECTED TO A REALLY GOOD MALL AND ACROSS FROM A MOVIE THEATER THAT IS EXCELLENT .

“Luxurious family fun”

I was traveling with my 75-year-old mother, who is from Louisiana but lives in California, and two ceramic figurines from our gardens. Our adjacent rooms overlooking the river were mere steps from the elevator. She especially enjoyed the hotel restaurant, and the convenience of the streetcars right outside the entrance. Every member of the hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. Of all your services, the one that my mom and I used the most was the concierge. They really helped us to plan our outings and to find our way around the city. With your help, we stayed in comfort and high style. We intend to return next spring with more family members... and maybe a few more figurines.
