This hotel has a perfect location in the city. You can walk and find restaurants, museums, shops. You can also find the variety of activities that New Orleans offers. Vallet parking service is very good. I recommend it.

The room was great, very large, clean & the staff were all nice & helpful. We were pleased witht the corner room that had nice views & even with 2 double beds it was very spacious.

Booked this for a trip with family/kids. Wanted one that was clean and close to French Quarter without the noise. This hotel stay was as expected- very clean, helpful front desk and a 5-10 min walk to French quarters. The fitness floor was also well equipped and kept clean (including Bosu balls and stretch cords).

Hotel is old. Room outdated and could use a referbish. Not enough towels, no bathroom toiletries, AC barely cooling and pullout in suite was back breaking for the kids. Loud noise from the street trolley. Staff was super friendly and very polite. They were the best part of the stay experience.

Perfect location for Mardi Gras. Parades came right in front of our hotel. Great location for dining options & only a 5 minute walk to Bourbon Street. Staff were great & helpful. Very nice hotel with amazing staff members (Front desk, bell hop & valet staff were awesome!) will definitely book this hotel again

Our stay was amazing! The condition of the property was great. Everything was. Nice and clean and all encounters with staff were pleasant. Mr. Chris the bellman was a great resource for dinning, activities, etc. and extremely helpful. Will definitely be returning!

When we booked the room we put 4 adults in the room. We arrived early and the hotel stored our luggage. When we came back, one of the doormen said he’d bring it to our room in 10 min. 30 min later, we went down to get it ourselves. Of course, he expected a tip even when we had to go down and get him. He said he forgot our room number. The bathroom had 3 towels and half a roll of toilet paper. We called down at 845am for towels, called again at 915am. My husband went down to get some but the front desk only had toilet paper. It’s now 10am, still no towels. Check out is 11am. We should get a late check out because not everyone can get a shower.

It was really a bad room. It was so cold that I could not sleep. Heater was not working and there was no blanket in the room. Very disappointing. For the first night it was ok because weather was hot. But after that temperature was around 50 and very windy and room was cold. I hope I do not get sick.

It was very clean, staff friendly, nice historic building, but remodeled to look very nice. Elevators are super fast, in a safe area, and trolly pick up location very close. Two nice smaller cafe/restaurants across the street for breakfast and lunch. We didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel, the prices were very expensive and very limited menu. Short walk to Canal Street & Bourbon Street. Just enough off the beaten path for it to be nice and quiet!
