The area of the hotel was really nice and quiet. The staff was really friendly. There was a little mishap about our room when we went to go check in but they got everything fixed and apologized for the delay.

There were some noisy floor mates but overall it was a great stay. Felt safe and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Place looked and smelled very clean.

Very clean and nice updates, showers had great water pressure and beds slept very well! Hotel staff were very exceptional especially Fred. The breakfast bar stayed fully stocked and the cleaning ladies were top tier!!!

Staff was awesome during check in and called the room to make sure it was to our standards. They continuously came by to check on us to make sure we was satisfied or needed anything from them.

Room air condition did not work. Was told it was “motion activated”. Strange because you don’t move when you sleep. Middle of night room was hot. Never again.

This was the perfect place to stay to visit a Navy buddy and his family who live in Gonzales and go to the World War II museum in New Orleans. Breakfast in the mornings were great and the staff always helpful.
