The stay was okay.

My experience was okay the only thing missing was the shuttle service they used to have, some noisy hotel guest on my floor.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was discontinued years ago for a number of reasons. However, the new Loyola Ave Streetcar line makes access to the French Quarter and many attractions easy and affordable! I apologize for the disturbance by other guests, we're just coming out of a special event and holiday weekend in which the enthusiasm and excitement was difficult to contain. We do host 24 hour Security and can always ask others to quiet down when alerted.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was a pleasant one. The room was lovely, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

nice hotel but lots of little problems

It was a great hotel far enough from the partys but close enough at the same time. Staff was great. Lots of little problems : safe not working, toilet doesnt flush, light on and off, phone stopped working ! But they tried to solve everything so it is a 3/5.

Cons: I liked it just the way it is.
Location: Convient for anything.
Enjoyed the stay very much,will use this hotel every time I have to stay in New Orleans.

I had nice experience because I didn't have any expectations. I realized in the end of my stay that there is free internet instructions. Also that my breakfast is free after I payed for it. No one is concerned about that. I think the biggest problem is not motivated staff without any quality management. I sat to have a breakfast and no one asked if I want a coffee. In the end they said they totally forgot me. I was there one day and I just wanted to leave. You would expect someone to ask "do you need a taxy, sir" but they were not interested at all even I was the only guest in the lobby in that moment and they had two people at the reception. Mr Owner, please take care about your staff.

Lots of noise

Overall the hotel was fine, but was a little expensive for a Holiday Inn. There was a lot of street noise, but it was close to things we wanted to see and do. We also thought the parking was too expensive, but also wanted our vehicle to be safe.

Pros: The proximity to Bourbon and Canal Streets and the cleanliness
Cons: Service. The staff were rude especially when we were checking in the male at the counter was abrupt and rude
The hotel might be in a good location but that is all it has really. Majority of the staff were rude and looked like they hated being there. The rooms were outdated but clean.

I had a great experience. The staff was great, food was good. Room had lots of space. The location right down town was next to everything. I would stay there again.
