Central, trendy, and cool!Posted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: -- Centrally located. -- Quiet, despite being so close to Bourbon. -- Clean -- Trendy and great little outdoor space -- Cute bar inside with nice cocktails -- Great air conditioning! :) Cons: -- Spotty and slow Wifi -- Cable TV intermittently had issues -- Intermittently grumpy bad staff (maybe they were having a bad week!) Overall, great location, walking distance to a lot of things, comfortable and cool. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean modern hotel great locationPosted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Room size, modern, well kept. Super location.
Cons: Getting back to the hotel in the evenings requires crossing Bourbon Street craziness.
Location: French Quarter, art and shopping on Rue de Royal, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Trolley to the rest of the city.
Wonderful! Half a block from Bourbon, Royal and Brennan's. Super location. Clean, modern, comfortable. Mid block on Conti (N/S street intersecting main boulevards in the French Quarter). Valet for car makes this a perfect jumping off spot for all of New Orleans. Buffet breakfast standard but with some elegant touches. Front staff professional but with a bit of New Orleans hospitality. Small size makes this a real gem.

Perfect location!Posted Mar 15, 2015
Location is perfect..between Bourbon St (if you like that stuff) and Royal which is full of restaurants, art galleries and shops. Walk to the riverfront or Jackson Square. Hotel is quiet and clean and a nice break from the action. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We loved it...will definitely stay again.

Pros: It was in a safe area & close to most activities.
Location: If you are not renting a car, you can walk to almost everything or take a Trolley with the exception of a cab ride to Frenchman St.
Great! Investigate the Local TV channel for the best restaurant locations but make Reservations or wait.

Great locationPosted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: The location and friendly staff.
Cons: Daily room cleaning could be better. Not horrible but not great.
Location: Bourbon street is close. Many great restaurants within walking distance as are the street cars and tourist attractions.
This French Quarter hotel is close to Bourbon Street, restaurants, street cars and Jackson Square. It is also quiet.

Location: Walk by the Mississi[i river
Very congenial place, right in the heart of the French quarter; quiet and well staffed.
