I had a street view room a with balcony. Was very nice to have coffee on the balcony each morning. Close to Bourbon Street only one block away. Very walkable to other attractions such as the waterfront, St. Louis Cathedral & many restaurants! Would definitely hear again.

Room overlooking courtyard was clean. Bar and Snack restaurant were great. Food from both places was outstanding. Joesph was very nice to us and made us feel at home. Will stay here again on our next visit.

The room was basically quiet. Inside courtyard. Could not hear Bourbon st at all. Room was perfect. Only thing is the bathroom fan was completely covered in dust, other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend

It was clean. Centrally located for the shopping. The staff was so friendly and accomodating who went above and beyond for a truly enjoyable experience. Lonnie and Joe were very helpful and gave great recommendations for food, restaurants etc.

Staff was great. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly as well as the housekeepers. I give the staff members a 5 star, the hotel however only gets a 4. My only issue was the bathroom size. Very small not enough room to move around 2 ppl would not fit in there.

Building is older (part of charm) but there are upgrades. Nice shower with great water pressure. Very friendly staff, and a really great location. Onsite restaurant and cafe was good. A convenience store right across the street was nice. We will look to stay there again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Building needs a refresh. Elevator area is all scarred up. Noticed old termite damage in our room that had been painted over. Shower door didn’t close all the way causing wall paper and molding damage. Chandeliers in the entry could use a cleaning. Staff kept everything very clean and tidy on a day to day basis. Breakfast facilities were very limited. Pool furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the pool liner appeared stained.

Clean, tidy hotel with friendly staff and nice courtyard. Convenient walk to all French Quarter sights, except possibly Frenchmen Street, which is more of a hike or a $15 cab ride. A bit noisy at night, so avoid a street facing room if dumpster activity at 3:00 AM would be a problem.

Hotel is 1/2 block from a VERY loud section of Bourbon Street. So it is convenient but overwhelmingly loud with bars blasting music over each other. The area was “sadder” than I remember it. More graffiti on building walls. More people passed out on sidewalks and panhandling with homeless signs. Hotel was fairly nice but pricy. Paying for proximity.

Very walkable to everything in the Quarter but can’t hear any of the noise at night (except other people coming back to their rooms which the hotel can’t control). The staff were great and very friendly. Our kid threw up on the bed the one night and they brought us new sheets and towels right away even though it was 10pm. The room was bigger than I expected it to be right in the Quarter also.
