Great location, but you get what you pay for

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Location
Had a deluxe king room with windows on the third floor, directly on St. Ann. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of space. Heard a lot of noise from other guests and the street overnight. Wished my room didn't face the street. No fridge or microwave in the room was a downer.

Walking was easy

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: The annex that we were in was very quiet
Cons: Reception area was minimal
Location: The buildings in the French Quarters are fascinating along with the people. Music groups performing in the bars and on the streets.
Was within easy walking distance of all the things to see and do in the French Quarters or the trolley buses to go further.

A nice inn in the French Quarter

Posted Jan 17, 2015
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, nice courtyard, well-located.
Cons: The heater fan in the room is rather loud.
Location: The inn is in the French Quarter, the central tourist district of New Orleans. Just about everything is nearby.
The Inn on St. Ann is cozy but modern, with a comfortable bed, reliable internet, and a pod coffee maker in the room. The staff was friendly. My only (minor) gripe is that in the part of the inn that is across the street, there is a fountain in the courtyard that is rather loud, and the heater blows air intermittently - also loudly. Other than that, this inn is clean, comfortable, and well-located.

Everything went perfect.

Posted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: The location, staff, and the hotel atmosphere.
Location: Perfect, right in the French Quarter
This hotel had the most wonderful, attentive, staff. The room was beautiful and I was surprised to find my own Keurig brewing machine in my room. Parking options are available within walking distance and Bourbon St was literally less than a 2 minute walk. When I go back to NOLA I know this is where I will be staying again.

Right In The French Quarter

Posted Jan 14, 2015
We were within walking distance of many of New Orleans main streets; Bourbon, Royal, Frenchman, and Decatur. Our only issue was with heat in the cold weather, but once we found the heater in our room we were much happier! :)

Great Staff. Great Location. Awesome Rooms. Better than staying at a chain hotel in town.

So Quaint!

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: Private and Quaint
Cons: A small refrigerator would be nice
Location: Walked only 2 streets over to Bourbon Street. Was so convenient to see all that we wanted to and walk right back whenever we wanted to.
Great Location, walking distance to everything. Not your typical Hotel. Perfect for a Couples Getaway. Private & Very different...in a GOOD way. Enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Small, old, staff is nice, great location.

When I arrived at the hotel I found out that AC was not working (it was actually really cold that day). The guy from front desk was very nice, tried to fix it, and when he couldn't he brought me a heater. The next day, the AC was fixed and I was also compensated for the first night. The staff is really nice, very helpful. However the hotel is old (as old as the French Quarter so that's to be expected). The room was small, no desk, phone was not working, no bath (just shower). No vending machines, even for a snack. However it was clean, and the bed was comfortable, so if you are there to stay a few nights just to sleep, it's fine. If you actually need space, and do some work, find some other place.

Close to Bourbon Street

Posted Jan 8, 2015
Location: Plenty of nearby bars to drink at. Easy access to nightlife and diners.
Slick wood flooring inside the room, besides the metal nails that snag on your feet.

Nice NOLA experience.

Posted Dec 28, 2014
Pros: exposed brick walls and location
Cons: better curtains
Location: French Quarter, need I say more
Great location. We were there during Christmas, so things were somewhat quiet, but close quarters all around. Comfortable bed, quaint and smallish accommodation.
