“new years in nola”

the rooms were almost soundproof. the lobby was artistically done. the receptionists were so warm and cheery. we had had a poor experience on the start of our trip so the staff of the hotel made up for it. convenient to so many places. hope we can take our relatives to stay here.

“Very Impressed”

This was a very nice hotel. I would stay at any JW Marriott across the world. I would also recommend this hotels to others. The hotel exceeded my expectations and the 30th floor room with its view was amazing. I had the best 30th birthday because of the standards of this hotel!

“Great New Orleans Stay...”

The JW Marriot was a pleasure to stay at, and would definately recommend it to anyone. The hotel itself was classy w/ friendly service and the room was immaculate. Great location for the French Quarter....love, love, loved it!

“Great place to stay while in New Orleans”

Hotel is beautiful and clean and common areas were more impressive to me than Harrahs and cost was less expensive. Great health club and outdoor pool. Every member of the staff I encountered from the cleaning crew and doormen (especially the doormen) to front desk staff were extremely friendly. Great location on Canal Street by being just a couple of blocks from Bourbon St, Harrahs Casino, the Riverwalk, the acquarium. Also, very nice extras like computer kiosks in the lobby for checking email and printing airline boarding passes. Convenient, clean, very upscale, friendly, and affordable. I would definitley stay there again.

“Wasn't ready to leave, can't wait to go back!”

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in took less than a minute. Valet parking was too expensive. Complementary internet usage in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was very good and reasonable for the selection. Location was exellent, a few blocks from Bourbon Street, the Riverwalk and Harrahs Casino. Streetcar a block away. Everything was in walking distance! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. My husband & I wasn't ready to leave. Can't wait until Mardi Gras!!!!!!

“Friendly Staff and Great location”

Just a one-night stay, but was enough to see that this is a nice place to be. Lovely, up-to-date surroundings in a great location on Canal Street with great rates made this our choice. Didn't get a chance to try out the pool or fitness center, but the in-house restaurant, Shula's, was the best steak I'd ever had. Right next to the St. Charles and Canal street car lines...convenient and charming...

“Excellent hotel, perfect location”

In the French Quarter, near Burbon Street. Tram (streetcar) stops very close. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Everything's perfect.

“Calmari Fries”

The hotel was fine. Nice location and the beds are wicked comfortable. Very conducive for sleeping in, curtains block all sunlight and the A/C cranks! Bathrooms are a bit small.
