This property was very dirty and run down. Multiple outlets in the room did not work. The light in the bathroom did not work, so I had to shower in the dark. There were gnats flying up from out of the sink. It was dirty and really and truly needs some help. The only reason I stayed there was because it was close to the airport and I wasn't staying for very long, just long enough to need a bed for the night.

Very unprofessional staff upon checking in -non caring clearly not interested in her job. She was worse when we found clumps of dog feces in the room assigned to us. No apologies whatsoever. Left and booked a different hotel.

It was horrible the staff was rude the elevator was broke and we were on the third floor and we had a lot of luggage. We only had one towel and the lady at the front desk told us we had to wait until the morning. We immediately checked out the same day.

This hotel is super bad, the hallways are super dirty, the room has bad smell, they don’t wash the carpet, the took all my personal items, I reported it to the front deck, they didn’t do anything and the wort manager doesn’t care about anything and is very rude, the wort experience in my life in this hotel and still waiting for the manager call from her investigation of what happened in my room I know she will never call me

dead bugs and cigarette butts in the room, horrible smell… like a disgusting stinch. there is also rust in the bathtub. that is a hazard i could slip fall, cut myself and get tetanus.

This place is actually disgusting don’t stay here. The biggest regret next to choosing this place was not taking pictures of the disgusting bath tub covered in rust stains. Not to mention the rooms smell like smoke and pee. We couldn’t even sleep there, we had to go buy a new hotel. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Look elsewhere.

The hotel not only was not in terrible condition but everything was dirty. Towels were dirty and used when we got to our room. The sink was clogged and there was no hot water. The door also did not close all the way. I was travelling with a service dog and was told “well how do I know it’s really a service dog” when checking in. Overall it was a terrible experience.

I absolutely hated the room.I didn’t want to take a shower or brush my teeth due to how dirty it looks. I did not enjoy my stay and I deserve a refund. The room it self was dirty, had roaches and the bathroom flooded

Ms Ro is great woman her staff great people too but my room didn’t get cleaned till up on Wednesday day before check out on Thursday but GOD made away HalleluYah and I had to get a key made every day up to Wednesday just so happen a maintenance guy happened to be there n fixed the problem

The only positive about this place was the front desk girl. The bed and linens had stains, the smoke detector make noise all night, tried to shower and bugs ran out of the drain, half the bathroom door was missing from water damage.

2 to 2 and a half star. Adequate. Some highway noise in the area. Rooms need a luggage rack. Bed is good as is the TV. Fridge and microwave in room is nice. Older property. For us it is not a long term stay property but for 1 or 2 nights it will do . Gas station is 2 minute walk away and Denny’s is right next door. McDonald’s is 6 minute walk away along with some assorted bars and nightclubs. Only 6 hangers in the closet. There is an ironing board and iron. There are 4 big drawers to put away your clothes if need be below the TV. Shower is finicky as you have to adjust the hot and cold water with separate faucets. Pool is good but subject to highway noise. Breakfast was decent but get there early. Breakfast hours are from 6-9 am.

Checked in, went to our room where the lock on the door did not work & the door jam was loose. 15 minutes into being in the room, cockroaches ran across our nightstand, multiple. We left. We weren’t going to chance them crawling across our faces in the middle of the night or moving to another room. Disgusting.

The staff was friendly and fast. The room smelled. There was a roach in the sink and one in the shower when I went to take a morning shower. Needless to say I didn’t take that shower. The bed was really comfortable.

Good Location. Date of departure time, could not open the door with the card. we were on the second floor. No elevators working. I have a balance problem. Ice machines,Elevators were not workingBreakfast area rest room were not working. My wife had an emergency situation with need to go to use toilet. I mentioned that to desk clerk and asked if she can use rest room for stuff. She said no. Mind you that this was not a normal situation. Nuway I was disappointed. For the money this is a great place. Clean and comfortable. The room and fixtures are somewhat dated, but functional. Very easy parking, right next to the room. Coffee and simple breakfast items in the morning. The surrounding area is full of dining and shopping places. Easy 15 mins drive to New Orleans downtown.
