“nice old fashioned classy hotel”
we came for few days for thanksgiving, it was very nice. The room was cleaned, large, useful, quiet. The hotel is very closed to the french quarter, so you don't need to use transportation The office guys were very helpful. The late complimentary snack "peanuts butter sandwich and chocolate" is a very good tradition. If we go again to New Orleans, sure we will stay to the Pavillon hotel again.
“The first impression was stellar and service was great overall, will be going back”
Great hotel in the middle of the business district... walking distance to the Riverwalk, Borbon St and the Super Dome. The character charms of what you would expect from New Orleans combined with all the amenities you would expect from a national chain hotel. Cant wait to come back in the summer and hang out by the rooftop pool!
“Maite”
The best feature its location. Rooms are really small not for a 5 stars hotel; breakfast and everything else overpriced; not impressed at all ;-(
“Perfect weekend getaway”
Stayed Sat and Sun for a Saints game. Close to Superdome,Bourbon street, and Riverwalk.Older Hotel but well maintained. Staff very friendly and food was great.
“Enjoyed my staff”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Le Pavillon. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Service was excellent.I would definitely stay there again.
“Nice Experience”
Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Everyone working at Le Pavillon treated us very well. Enjoyed it a lot.
“NICE”
Everthing above average except cleanliness of toilet.
“Beautiful Hotel. Ok location. Smallish room.”
If you've seen the pictures of the hotel online, you know it has a grandiose interior. Our favorite part, besides the fancy lobby, was the nightly free PB&J and hot chocolate in the lobby from 10-11 PM. We had your basic room, which was a little smaller than we'd hoped, but it didn't matter. We were on the go the whole time anyways. Nice hot tub and heated pool on the roof, with a decent view of the business district. You'll be a 5-10 minute walk from the French Quarter, and 2 blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar stop that will take you to the Garden District or Tulane. Staff was polite and helpful. Cabs are lined up on the side of the hotel all the time, so there's no wait.
“Beautiful hotel”
The hotel was beautiful and the service was top notch! Our only complaint was that the bed was so hard, it was very uncomfortable and the rooms, while very nice & clean, were pretty small.
“Love this hotel.”
Absolutely love this hotel. It is very quaint and historic. Beautiful exterior and interior. Perfect for a stay in New orleans.
