The staff was friendly, hotel was beautiful and clean. I always wanted to stay here and I needed something close to the superdome for the concert! It was perfect.

Pros: Nice location.
Cons: Parking.
Location: Close to Bourbon street, Canal Street and the mall.
Good location. Nice hotel. Parking expensive though. There is a parking garage 2 blocks south that incurs 25 dollars only for 24 hours with in/out privilege.

Nice but old

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Our room was okay, hotel is very old and has a lot of character. The headboard in our room was VERY cheap and not properly attached to the bed. Our shower was a corner shower like you would find in a camper. We were there 2 days and our room was never cleaned they came in & made the bed but did not clean. Needless to say I did not use the glasses. Toiletries are not up to par and smell bad. We asked to Times Picayune during our stay and never got one. I will not stay here again.

Not to close, not to far

Posted Jul 15, 2014
A wonderful surprise with a staff top to bottom who focus on customer experience. La Pavillon is situated a short walk to the river and a quick streetcar ride to the French Quarter. Big props to Jacques the Concierge. Ask him about a great eating experience that is close to the hotel.

Hotel was very beautiful. The hotel is costly.

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: At 10:00pm free peanut butter and jelly sandwich and hot chocolate.
Cons: a vending machine. I got a can soda out of room and it was $5.60
Location: within walking distance or easy to grab a cab if you don't want to walk.
I had a great experience. This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of history. If you stay at hotel please ask when you check in for information on hotel.

Love this hotel !!!

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: I loved this hotel
Cons: Fix the elevator
Location: Downtown hotel a few blocks from Bourbon Street
I simply love this hotel. I could feel the history as I slept away my bourbon street hangover. Clean comfortable room with a tremendous staff to boot. however the elevator needs to be fixed.
