Great hotel!Posted Sep 15, 2014
We stayed at the Pavillon while in New Orleans. Lots of character, close enough to the attractions yet far enough so you can catch some sleep if you want to:) small attentions from the staff (peanut butter cookies, robes, fresh water at night) made the stay very comfortable! All in all a great experience!

Beautiful hotel near the French QuarterPosted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: I liked the: room, the hotel itself, the staff, the FOOD!!
Cons: NOT A THING, it was GREAT!!
Location: The location is about four blocks from the French Quarter, it is a short walking distance. It is in a quiet section. There are a lot of food places.
The hotel was very elegant!! It was close walk to the quarter and it was near all great food areas. The room was very spacious and the bedding was so comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there, it was also in a quiet section, so when your tired of the parties in the quarter, this is the place to retire for the nice. The complementary PB&J with Hot Chocolate at night is such a cute aspect of this hotel. Honestly, when I go back to New Orleans I am staying at this hotel!! The staff was really great and professional!!

Wonderful hotel!Posted Sep 9, 2014
Wonderful hotel! Great staff! Free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at 10-11pm every night. Nice bar and pool. Just know that parking costs $40 per night. Good to know if you are planning to rent a car, which really isn't necessary in New Orleans.

Elegance, superior customer service, A Grand HotelPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Old elegance with modern conveniences...beautiful, spacious sleeping rooms with comfortable cozy beds.
Location: Just a short walk to the convention center, stadium, Canal Street and the French Quarter.
We loved our stay in this historic hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful....they go that extra step to ensure that you experience the ultimate stay. Conveniently located to all services and attractions downtown and in the quarter...a short walk.

Nice hotel short walk to action in New OrleansPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Location, decor, pool area and staff Nice added benefit of the pband j sandwiches at night.
Location: It was a walk to everything unless maybe you are there on business but we enjoyed walking and exploring the city so this was not a problem for us
The entire staff were so nice and helpful Rooms were a nice size . We booked two rooms and were across the hall from each other I've booked two rooms before at other hotels and end up on different floors. The pool area was nice. We weren't in the French quarter but a 10 minute walk there so close but not so noisy and crowded. When I asked where the business center was to print out our boarding passes (yes I don't have a smart phone) the front desk offered to print it out right there. That has never happened before. We had such a nice time and were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again

WonderfulPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: The PB&J at 10:00....
Cons: I think for the amount of money spent for the room that the refrigerator could be free not $10 charge a night and the parking should be half the price
The hotel is amazing, the staff is awesome and the beds are VERY comfy.

Great hotel with great food a amazing rooftop poolPosted Sep 7, 2014
My experience was one of comfort, friendly staff and good food. It was so close to the superdome, where we were going so we didn't drive anywhere. Very much a family feel with a 10:00 peanut butter and jelly sandwich gathering!! We WILL be back!
