Nice hotel close to main attractions. Friendly and attentive lobby staff. Housekeeping should pay more attention to clean the sinks and bathtub. Overall good experience with it .

Good choice

Pros: While the staff at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating, the staff at the concierge desk was very helpful.
Not having been to New Orleans previously, I looked at the reviews from others as where to stay. While not wanting to be part of or hear the "joyous" night time crowd on Bourbon Street, I also did not want to be far from seeing the sights that the city has to offer. The location of the Loews New Orleans Hotel worked for us and we were able to walk to almost every place we wanted to see. We also took advantage of the red line trolley to and from the market.

Excellent Class and Value

Pros: Very clean and close to everything
Cons: Room service food is average
Location: Casino, French Quarters, and Downtown
Great service and very comfortable accomodations. The upgrades to the lobby is very nice. The Swizzle Stick bar has the best service and very comfortable seating.

3泊しました。ホテルからミシシッピ川リバーサイドまで徒歩10分ほど。フレンチクオーターも15分ほどでいけます。2部屋予約してたのですが、チェックイン時1部屋しか予約確認できないの一点ばり。偉い人にお願いしてありましたが、機転が効きませんでした。それ以外は部屋も広々としてて快適でした。

For the money I wasn't really happy. Our fridge did not work, the wifi would not work and the staff didn't really want to help. Both rooms next to us were extremely loud. We had a dog barking at 6 am and called the front desk, we were told well they check out at noon. We had to suffer through the dog barking for a few more hours. The pool has lots of chipped paint and the hot tub had mold. On the good side it was a great location, the bar downstairs was great!

Great hotel but one terrible staff

Pros: The hotel is classy, peaceful and centrally located in/near French Quarter.
Cons: The front desk staff Sean.
Location: The hotel is in walking distance to Bourbon Street, the Superdome and Convention Center which made our stay for Essence Festival convenient.
The Loews Hotel in New Orleans was a great hotel. It was classy, clean and a great place to stay overall. The room was spacious and comfortable. All of the staff except one was pleasant. One staff Sean had a bad attitude and very poor customer service. Our stay was perfect until we checked out and experienced the unnecessary rudeness of Sean. My rating would be a 5 but due to this issue, giving a 4.

A few things had to be pointed out in the room that needed attention but once done there were no further problems.

It was a great stay. We had a little issues hearing the neighbor a couple of times, but it was great otherwise. I have allergies so the feather pillows caused me a few issues as well as the dust on the account vents. Like I said, otherwise, everything was great.
