Nice but disappointedPosted Apr 24, 2015
Location: Bourbon Street
The hotel is in a good location. However they are doing construction and they would start banging at 9am. This is very bad when you are get in the room after the bars close. I am not planning on going back to this hotel.

Decent location. Very friendly staff.Posted Apr 24, 2015
Had a great time in new orleans. Staff was friendly. Location good. A little noisy from construction that was going on but not overly bothersome.

Nice, quieter hotel within a short walk to BourbonPosted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Liked that it was still in the Quarter, a couple blocks from Bourbon Street but was much quieter than being right on the main drag.
Very pleasant stay. Clean room and hotel. Easy to get a cab out front if you were going a further distance.

Under constructionPosted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: Location is great, facility is good
Cons: Gym needs a lot of improvement
Location: Lots, its in the French Quarter
Don't stay here if you are a late sleeper. This hotel is under renovation, so very loud in the rooms from 10am to 5 pm.

Great hotel close to down town.Posted Apr 22, 2015
Very nice hotel within a few blocks of Bourbon street. The hotel is under going a renovation but this was not an issue for us; noise was minimal. The room was clean and a good size. The hotel's restaraunt was also very good. Breakfast was delicious and convenient.

Love NOLAPosted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Location/Luggage storage when we checked out/Spacious lobby to meet up with friends.
Cons: The downward slope as you leave the hotel is unexpected and caught me off guard each time.
Location: We walked everywhere and when it was too far (Swamp Tour) we could easily get a cab.
Room was clean, quiet, safe and in a great location.

Not AgainPosted Apr 21, 2015
1st thing we saw when we walked in the room were bugs on the drapes. Called to get another room. The hotel is under construction so the noise wakes you up early. Maybe it will be better after the renovations but I would not recommend now.

Lots of potential, but...Posted Apr 20, 2015
The facility is badly in need of renovation. Carpets throughout are worn and stained. The room I had was without a microwave or refrigerator. The bathroom - Ugg! Couldn't take a shower without being attacked by the shower curtain or creating a flood no matter how the curtain was fixed. Used MANY towels to prevent walking in puddles. Internet access is spotty and the "business center" was one hassle after another and just gave up. Costs $38 a day to park your car and you cannot get to it just to put items in or out. You must wait for the valet to bring it to you. Also, this additional $ brings the room rate higher than other nearby hotels. On the positive side, the staff is quite affable. I think there is a concierge, there was a fellow always on the phone at a desk in the lobby. The location is excellent. Close enough to walk to most places of interest but, for those who need some sleep, far enough away to limit the early morning noise.

Great locationPosted Apr 20, 2015
When we arrived, we were disturbed to hear that they were doing some renovations, but fortunately it had no affect on our room which was lovely and quiet - but I would suggest that you ask for a quiet room if you are planning to stay there during the next 6 months. Otherwise, our experience was just fine and we enjoyed our stay. It was great being so close to the French Quarter action, but in a quiet location.
