They checked my room out 2 hours early. checkout was for 12pm and I left for breakfast and came back at 10 am and my room was already being cleaned I was to the front desk to ask them why was my room being cleaned and talked to a manager he said "it's they policy to knock and when no one answers they go in". the problem is that I left a 1000 cash In my room because I didn't want to have all that cash on my person and now they said that they didn't see anything and also lied and said my check out was at 11am but it was 10:30am when I talked to him I will be emailing there Head office about this.

Sir, this is absolutely not true. Our checkout time is 11am, our staff came and knocked on your door at 10:40am on your date of departure. No one answered, and they accessed the room where NO personal items were left, so they did their job and started to clean the room and make it available for our next guest. You did not mention any missing money when you spoke with the Front Desk Manager and the General Manager when you came to lobby reeking of weed. I am sorry that we assumed you had left without notifying us shorted you the last 20 minutes of your stay, but you don't need to make up stories.

Great place to stay, the rooms were clean and the staff was available and helpful. The streetcar is conveniently right outside the front and easy to access.

Awesome get away near downtown and lees circle. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Definitely need to check out Mr Ed’s next door

This property is a small boutique hotel with separate buildings like apartments. Doors open to an outside courtyard. This place is very old and has not been well kept. All furnishings are super worn & should have been replaced years ago. This place is extremely dated & repairs are overdue. Upon arrival there was no phone in the room, they add one 2 days later. Due to local storms we had no cable or internet most of our 4 day stay. Even after storms it took a long time for them to get services back on. We also lost power for that block for 1/2 a day. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Also they have about 7 to 8 cats on property. I assume they have or had a rodent problem. The lamps were rusting, the chair was peeling the chest & desk had several nicks & cuts in the wood. The pictures on the website are from years ago.

The locations is good, and the room is small but clean. They did have TV and phone services in the room because of storm.
