Very good hotel

Posted Apr 21, 2014
Pros: Felt clean and new
Cons: They could put safety deposit boxes in each room that would be an advantage. Using the ones at reception is a pain with long queues at peak times.
Location: Good location on the edge of the French Quarter
A very nice hotel convenient for the French quarter

Hotel was just couple streets away from bourbon st., whenever our group needed anything (glass cups, taxi...etc) hotel staff accommodated our needs immediately, beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned nicely.

Great Customer Service

Posted Apr 14, 2014
We were first placed in a room that smelled like mildew, so we called down to the front desk and told them about it. They immediately moved us to a nicer, corner room with two windows and more space, even though it was a very busy weekend. They are considerate and care about their guests.

Convenient location, friendly staff

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Our suite had a bed that folded into the wall. I found the mattress to be a little sagging in the middle. Fee for in room wifi.
Location: Convenient, central location.
Conveniently located on Canal Street with walking distance access to Bourbon Street (but far enough to avoid the noise), fine restaurants, CVS pharmacy, WW II museum, Insectarium, French flea market, and river walk, and a little further walk to a cemetery. The hotel was clean, with all amenities. We upgraded our room to a suite on 32nd floor, which was spacious and included a wet bar, fridge and large screen TV.

Nice location near French Quarter.

Pros: A clerk name Anastasia was particularly helpful and friendly.
Cons: The concierge desk may have been a little better in helping us.
Slightly slow but basically efficient valet service. We used car every day.

Nice Hotel close to everything.

Cons: prices for in room movie rental.
Nice hotel to stay in, that is close to French Quarter. You can walk to everything, or take the trolley. The staff was very kind and accomodating. However, to rent a movie in the room was like $16 - that is crazy. Other than that, wonderful hotel.

Great hotel!

The only bad thing that I experienced at this hotel is that the bathroom was very tight. Also the doors are very low so if you're tall be prepared to duck.
