“Great Stay”

My sister and I came and spent two nights at this hotel. The service at the front desk was phenomenal. They didn't have a business center that I could use to print out tickets for a tour, however, the very helpful lady at the front desk let me use one of the front desk computers. The only issue we really had was that it was freezing in our room. We had no problem walking to everything we wanted to see in the French Quarter as well as the Audobon Aquarium. It was close to everything, but out of the way enough that there weren't drunk people yelling under our window. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

“Great Location”

Great location, close to the French Quarter, Harrahs, everything. Not the biggest hotel, but everyone was really nice

“great place outside french quarter”

Spacious rooms with great views in a renovated warehouse. Free breakfast is great. Very convenient to walk to french quarter (two "small" blocks; less than 5 minutes walk).

“Much better than expected”

I didn't realize until we arrived that it was acutally an Omni hotel, like the Omni in Atlanta. Four star quality and we did not need a rental car at all. We had one but only used it to and from the hotel. Everything else was in walking distance. I shall return to this hotel again in the very near future.

“Good service at a quiet place”

We arrived early, and the staff was very courteous and professional in early checking our bags and giving directions for a six block walk to Jackson Square. Other family members stayed at the Marriot (30 plus floors with 4 elevators), which was a zoo of confusion by comparison. The Omni staff correctly advised us on all questions and arranged an accurately forecast cab fare for our trip to the cruise ship.

“"Nice Hotel"”

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very convient to very everything: Bourbon Street, Harrahs Casino, Boutique and other stores. The only dislike was the cost of valet parking per night.

“Excellent Value for New Orleans”

This hotel is just blocks away from the more expensive French Quarter locations but much more affordable. Everything was outstanding and staff were very service-oriented. I would definitely stay there again. While the on-line description said that breakfast was included, you should confirm. We were charged for the meal because we did not have a coupon -- but we didn't know to ask about one.

“Close but quiet”

Close enough to Burbon Street to walk but far enough to not be noisey or crazy when you want to sleep. Also very close to St Charles and Mardi Gras parades.
