Not same as pictures

Posted Jun 23, 2014
My room was definately not anything like the pictures. It was so small and so cramped I kept hitting my knee on the bed frame. There wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. Not a big fan of the price versus what we got.

Great New Orleans Business district location

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Great location, very nice staff, good restaurant within the hotel
Cons: Room A/C a little weak.
Location: We went for a wedding. The church was within 2 blocks, the reception right around the corner. The D-Day museum and other attractions within walking
Great staff, ideal location for our occasion. Everything with walking distance.

A couple of blocks from French Quarter is perfect.

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Clean and convenient
Cons: Room was small and had no desk or chair.
Location: The World War 2 museum was about a 15 minute walk. An excellent restaurant, K Paul's, is also only about 7 or 8 blocks away.
Room was small with no desk and no side chair. However, it was clean, quiet and felt like a very safe area. Starbucks 3 blocks away and two blocks to Canal Street and French Quarter. We will stay there again.

Very tired decor but ok

Posted May 22, 2014
The hotel was just ok. Very old and run down but the room was clean and comfortable. I got it at the discount rate so wasn't too bothered but I wouldn't want to pay more than the $110/night that I paid (rates for other dates were upwards of $250/ night)

Last Minute Hotel

Posted May 7, 2014
It was a last minute trip to New Orleans. They upgraded us from a full to queen. It was honestly a great experience.

Bad rooms. ok location. Horrendous value.

Posted May 4, 2014
Cons: Rooms needs to change. Old hotel charging expensively.
We had a very bad experience with room. Smoking smell in old carpet, bath room has one small sink area. Very inconvenient for two people to use bath room. Bad room experience. Had a major allergy reaction. Front desk staff good. Location is ok.

We apologize that your room had a cigarette smoke odor. We are a non-smoking hotel, and when a guest violates that policy we thoroughly clean the room. We’re sorry if there was a lingering smell when you check into your room. We’re happy to offer a room change if that happens and we have unsold rooms.

Convenient to everything

Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the super tall ceilings and windows in the deluxe king. Walking distance to everything! They welcomed my 17-lb dog with open arms, too. Great place to stay.

Friendly hotel staff. You will not regret staying here! The gorgeous rooms are warm and inviting. We will definitely be returning.
