Bombay Club Restaurant & Martini Bistro - An intimate inner-courtyard restaurant and bar serving dinner daily. Reminiscent of a private club, the Bombay Club serves Creole and French Continental cuisines in an atmosphere of refined elegance. Late-night dining is offered Thursday through Saturday, and live piano entertainment Sunday through Thursday. Menu items include barbecued Louisiana gulf shrimp with grilled French bread, filet mignon, and chipotle-and-orange-glazed pork chops. The Club's martini menu runs to 150 entries.

“Nice, great location”

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We were lucky enough to get room 100 which is right off the courtyard with our own door. We felt comfortable and safe every night. This hotel is right off of Bourbon St. but it's surprisingly quiet, just a gentle hum of noise from Bourbon. There is an excellent German restaurant right across the street which was one of my favorite meals. If you're staying in the French Quarter, this hotel is a great location, good price and convenient walking distance.

“Good & bad”

Good: friendly staff, great location. Bad: 3 big dead cockroaches on the floor in our room; old lingerie folded into the sofa bed; hugely expensive parking. I dunno. Depends on what you want

“Close to the Action”

This is the fourth time I have stayed at Prince Conti. Each time has been an enjoyable experience. The staff is willing to help find places in the city and even call to get the hours of operation. The hotel is very quaint and located in a great location, within walking distance to French Quarter, French Market, the River, Jackson Square, yet quiet at night so there were no loud noises to keep us up. This is one of my favorite hotels in New Orleans.

“Cant wait to go back! Perfect location”

Great spot to visit. Right in the middle of the action! Only complaint is the parking fee of $30 dollars a night which wasn't informed of until we got there Still, great place to visit

“Good location in New Orleans”

Very convenient location in French quarter. Service needs to improve. We arranged three wake up calls for different rooms and didn't get any. Also taxi to airport was not arranged.

“uncomfortable beds!”

The beds were extremely hard. Very old hotel w/very few updates. Very great location to bourbon street!!! Would stay here again just for location alone!

“Awesome Hotel”

The Prince Conti was great. I did not have one complaint while i was there. The food was great, the people were great, and the room was great. Its a perfect hotel for some one looking for a local hotel with a genuine new orleans feel

“Would stay there again”

The Prine Conti was a great place to stay. The staff that worked there were very helpful and very nice the entire time we stayed. However, the room could have been cleaned a little more. The bathroom floor was very stucky and my shoes would stick to it. The decor of the room was nice however, the room was very small. Their were hardly any lights in the room and at night it was very dark. In the day it was fine because their were two windows in the room and one in the bathroom. One more thing that I did not like very much was that we had to pay 30 dollars a day in order to park our car there. I personally thought that was a little steep especially since we are staying at the hotel. Other than that everyone was very friendly and helpful and it was nice being so close to Bourbon St. We were able to just walk back and use the bathroom or drop off our packages whenever we wanted to. I would stay here agian if we were to come back to New Orleans in the future.

Dining

La Bayou is a great little spot on Bourbon St. They have great food for a reasonable price. My favorite items were the Shrimp Ya-Ya and their Jambalaya.
